The evening shift reception is very impolite, before every time I return to Da Nang, I still have time to say goodbye

The hotel location is convenient to go to the dune market, dragon bridge, near Da Nang airport ... near many cafes such as highland, phuc long Tea & coffee, Koi The.... Near Du Lien tea, Trang kitchen... Although 2 stars, the room is very good, affordable, check in - out time is flexible, go to Da Nang to book your room without breakfast because there are too many things to come to Da Nang to enjoy outside, the new TV has wifi to watch youtube vivu :))) in general I like it too much.

Room quite ok. Except for the toilet floor which is a bit dirty and rickety. I checked out 2h but due to delayed mb, I had to ask the receptionist to rent by the hour until 6am. The rent is over 400k / day but the rent (50%) they collect 320k. Asked, they did not explain, told self-test. I feel so expensive. I asked for an additional 15 minutes to pack up (6:15) but the receptionist was also unhappy. I am not very satisfied with the receptionists here.

Clean rooms, enthusiastic staff, guests are located on the most central road in Da Nang city, everywhere is convenient. Overall we are quite satisfied, will come back if we have a chance.

Aircon problem, talk to receptionists twice, say yes yes, will fix, then offer a fan as picture.

Rooms are little bit small and I can’t sleep because the noisy of the fridge in first night. I booked superior double but when I checked in, they arranged the twin room for me. And every morning, the room attendant will knock your door for asking making rooms, this is so uncomfortable. Staffs are friendly and good location.

The hotel has very good service staff, enthusiastic small room but nice city view.

Rooms according to photos are very close to Dragon Bridge or Cham Culture Museum. The staff is also friendly and helpful.
