Good location and a clean room with everything that you needed. TV was faulty and did not work which was a pain but I was told a new 1 has been ordered.

Staff were friendly. Communication was excellent. Bed and lounge need to be updated. Lounge is sunken in the middle and the bed felt like one side had broken slats. We stay at Monterey often and this was the worst nights sleep we have ever had.

I liked the kitchen, things available. I liked that's it walkable to different dining and pubs. The undercover parking was great. And Foxtel was a good surprise.
