A good hotel will make your vacation better.

The room is damaged in many ways and needs repairs.

Perhaps the hotel is a bit old. The water supply isn't hot, and there are no bathroom amenities; you have to ask for them...

Terrible. The room was unclean, infested with ants and cockroaches, very unhygienic.

The soundproofing of the room was terrible. There was a pub near the hotel that played loud music. The hotel room felt like a bar. Luckily the hotel allowed us to change rooms, but we had to change 4 times before we got an ok room.

Đặt phòng có bồn tắm nhưng giao phòng không có, phải đổi lại mất thời gian nhưng phòng đổi lại thì bồn tắm cũng hỏng (không có nút chặn nước) không dùng được, sữa tắm - dầu gội thì hộp hư nhấn không ra để dùng 3. Phòng tắm vệ sinh ẩu, còn nguyên lông - tóc dưới sàn, hoá đơn của khách trước dán trên tường 4. Vì sát ngay carat beer nên rất ồn, nhạc bên beer mở đến 23:30 thì nhỏ bớt và khuya mới tắt hẳn, cách âm cũng kém. 5. Buffet sáng cũng nghèo nàn lác đác, không có món địa phương. 6. Thùng rác nhựa to không có nắp đậy rất hôi hám bao phủ toàn hành lang và để trước cửa thang máy cực mất vệ sinh 7. Nhân viên khi nhận phàn nàn cũng chỉ biết cười cho qua chuyện chứ cũng không thấy báo cho cấp trên hay đề xuất phương án khắc phục 7. Điểm cộng duy nhất: bảo vệ + lễ tân dễ thương

Phiếu ăn sáng ghi phục vụ đến 9g30 nhưng mới 9g10 tôi xuống ngồi thì không có ai, và hỏi thì nhân viên báo là hết giờ rồi. Ngay khu vực phụ vụ ăn sáng cũng không có biển báo hết đồ ăn hay hết giờ, tôi ngồi đợi 1 lát không ai hỏi nên mới tự hỏi nhân viên.

Nice rooms, spacious, the hotel opposite Ninh Kieu side should always move to the tourist attractions very close and convenient. There are shops around the street which always walk to the night market with 200m very convenient

Great location. Rooms are spacious and clean and comfortable. Breakfast is a little bit but acceptable. Friendly employee.

Central location, convenient dining, sightseeing, shopping. Great view of Hau river and Can Tho river. Spacious room, relatively clean, fully equipped. Wifi is weak. Polite staff. Temperate breakfast, slightly less seats. Tourist office right next to the reception to book a tour or rent a motorbike.

The sound proofing of the room is terrible. You can hear all the noise from the corridor. The room is also subpar considering its price. I will never book here again.
