Overall, the stay was satisfactory, but there are a few areas that could be improved: * The toilet was partially clogged. * The swimming pool was unavailable during our stay, even though it was still listed as an available facility on the app. It would be helpful if the information on the app could be updated to avoid confusion for future guests.

the room service very poor. Toilet not washed properly before we check in. 3 night stay but toiletries not top up until requested. No hot water (maybe the water heater not functioning). Swimming pool for adult dirty even they said already clean. Kid pool totally no maintenance. Hotel doing tank maintenance without prior notice to customer, around 11am suddenly no water and dirty water flow after 20min. Meal for breakfast 3 days is same menu, some food finish but not topping up. Overall is so disappointed. Please improve your service by looking at customer feedback.

The hotel is simply awesome. I like the lobby as it was cosy. The check-in area was nice too. The room met my expectations. Spacious. The building however is not new and surely the management needs to put a lot of effort to maintain it. Oh yeah, please try the steak from SaraBif.

the room is spacious, clean and comfy (yea sound cliche) but its true. for a veteran hotel in this town .they manage to maintain their facilities, the staff are helpful. will definitely stay here again next time

Booked 2 night. Only stay 1 night . No hot water to shower. Ask to change room but they refuse. They say all room same. Booked other hotel. Go back to collect my beg suddenly the technician say the piping leaking and ask me the change the room. Bad experience and service.
