The Room is clean, but too small for family...good nice service...recommended 👍🏼😁

The bathroom is very clean and comfortable, provided two lockers, one locker for shoes, another locker for small bags that store valuables. For luggage, the storage can be joined by another traveler in the dormitory.

Never thought my only 1 night transit stay and first day arriving in Japan will be spent in a warm lively small hotel. Surrounding in a good environment and accessible from Akihabara Sta., this Grids will be a good choice to stay. Since I arriving in winter season and raining all day long, this place has good value for me.

It is my third times booking a cabin at Grids Hotel Akihabara. Staff all are good, friendly and helpful. Cabin room and toilet are clean, After check out, we can leave our suitcase and put in luggage storage. Definitely recommended place to stay in Akihabara Tokyo.

Good hostel, a bit far from the station. There is no kitchen and place to eat. There is an incident not wearing at female dorm. The room I stayed in was a guest who urinated or vomited because he was drunk. for. Two-day room with carpet and smell. There is no explanation from the hostel.

Support was very bad, employees were indifferent, had clothes washing facilities but there was no drying space. What do you do to wash? While losing money, not free

Staff is not friendly, rooms are small, can't early check-in even though many rooms are available.

The accommodation was very clean and convenience. Only around 5-10 mins away from Akihabara JR and Tokyo Metro station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again in my next trip to Tokyo.

this is mu 2nd time in here... the room is good, staff are friendly... near family-mart and grocery store and 24h resto... not to far from jr akihabara station...

it was a bit far from jr akihabara, but it was quite close from metro hibiya line and once you know the way, it’s easy to get around.the room was clean, we get ours cleaned everyday with change of fresh towels, superb

A pleasant, simple hotel close to the station. recommended for transit, traveling.

The most important thing from a solo traveler is a hotel at an affordable price. Of course, other than that are beds, bathrooms, and kitchen equipment like microwaves where it is owned by the hotel with good quality. Bathrooms and toilets are clean and comfortable, soap and toiletries are provided, for the beds to be quite comfortable even though there is little flying dust. For the kitchen and bathroom it is very good.

This hotel is pretty awesome. I had a pleasant stay here even this place not-so-near to the Akihabara Station. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The service was great and the people were nice! 👍🏼
