The quality of accommodation at Hotel Na Taconera is superb. I cannot fault it. I attended with my family (2 adults and 2 teenage children). The we all enjoyed the main pool plus the pool at the sports club as well as the facilities of the sports club. The rooms are newly decorated to a very high standard and our sea view was just that...lovely. The rooms also had much needed air con. The rooms were also incredibly clean. We must also mention the food - the daily breakfast was delicious.

Loved the view from our room - we had a room with the sea view, on a clear day the sunrise was gorgeous to sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise. Food was very good and always plentiful and the staff were very friendly.

All the staff are nice. Only thing is no wifi in the room

The hotel had bed bugs and were itchy. They would not offer a refund. It’s disgusting and not worth the money.

The hotel is in a quiet area away from the crowd with very nice views. It is not one of the lively family hotels and has a very relaxed feel to it.

Very upset that the hotel doesn't provide with a free water. And no coffer and tea in the room. A bit cheap for 4 stars hotel

Lovely hotel, great staff. We didn’t book dinner but had an evening meal in the restaurant the first night and ended up booking it for the rest of our trip. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

It was generally fine BUT lacked faciliies for tea or coffee making in the room. And why oh why was there a complete shortage of spoons in the restaurant every evening? Surely not beyond the wit of man to buy more?

The Staff were very friendly in the restaurant as was the wonderful housing keeping team. The poor WIFI service in the room and around the property made it very difficult to communicate with friends and family.

Dislikes: Poor quality of food. Inadequate lift system - two tiny lifts which terminate on first floor (so you have to carry suitcases up steep stairs from ground floor reception). Paying 15 euros per hour to use the tennis courts. Inadequate bar - it’s huge, but little used because it serves no food, has no atmosphere, no happy hour. Likes: Friendly and efficient staff. Good location quite near to excellent small beach

The place is lush with greenery, which sets it apart from other hotels that usually have a couple of manicured gardens for decoration purposes. It makes you feel surrounded by mediterranean nature

It was overall a great stay. Beach within walkable distance, clean room. However, the air conditioner didnt work well and made it rather hot in the room during our stay.

Hotel was extremely clean and very friendly. The sports centre was a great place to relax and not busy! Always able to get somewhere to sit in the shade or in the sun even in the height of season. Coco and Gordo are a must to meet, two resident Parakeet’s. The only down side was the food quality in main restaurant although acceptable it could have been so much better. But as we wanted to eat out most nights this was not a problem.

Wir durften leider nicht wie angegeben um 13 Uhr sondern um 14 Uhr erst einchecken. Nach der Einreise nicht so erfreulich gewesen. Mussten aber selber um 12 Uhr auschecken, damit die Nachfolger PÜNKTLICH einchecken.
