Clean, comfort, near station👌🏼, hotel alley quite dark. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Booked a superior double room. Upon checked in, room was not as per photos showed , it so much smaller . somemore it come with some odd smell & few flies in the room/toilet. so called reception and they say it a standard double room but when we go down to the reception they say it a old name for my room and cannot be changed.. but they changed for us another room with same wrong size beside our room due to insects. vvv disappointed with the room as what i booked is not what we get.. even tho comforted with the receptionist, they still gave us the wrong room size.. 1st time encounter this kind of bad experience in japan.

Friendly hotel staff, helpful during check in, even though the room is not that spacious, it is still a good hotel, comfortable, quiet, facilities in the room are ok, the room is comfortable, it is really enjoyable to stay at this hotel.

The staff is friendly, and we booked a triple room, so it was spacious and comfortable for 3 adults and 3 children. The location is very close to Gotanda station. From Narita airport, you need to take two trains. There is a restaurant with a halal logo (grill hunter) 450 meters away. There are also Singaporean and Malaysian food restaurants nearby, but they don't have a halal logo yet, they sell chicken and B2.

Location nice but the room space was too small for standard. So prepare to bring small suitcase if you want to stay here. They won't clean your mugs so you need to clean it yourself. Might be good choice for solo traveller not for family.

Very good location. Just in front of Gotonda Station. Easy to move around with JR line, asakusa line and 1 more monorail line. Wifi OK, but the room quite small for 3 of us. But overall everything is OK. Thank ypu Gotonda Mystays.

Strategic location, very close to Gotanda Station. But because as a Muslim, in this area it is not easy to get halal food

The room size is very small. It's already quite uncomfortable. The shower booth was very small. Anyone who is a large person is recommended to choose a different type of room. The room is clean but there is no drinking water provided. Friendly staff The location is very good, next to the train, Family mart and many restaurants. The surrounding area is quite safe.

Overall, we were happy to spend 6 nights at MyStays Gotanda Station Hotel, only 4 minutes to JR Gotanda Station, and around the hotel there is a LOT of food, if you want delicious halal food there is also Grill Hunter (± 450 m from the hotel, just walk 7min). Tips if you want to book, ask for a room on the left side (we were in room 225), room 225 is not as noisy as written in the previous review, because it is on the 1st side, not the side facing the train tracks. There are laundry rooms on the 5th and 10th floors, don't forget to prepare JPY100 coins, the detergent can be bought at the Family Mart in the lobby, if you want the clothes to dry ±80% dry, then during the drying process choose 1 hour, so just stay in the room It just needs to be aired out a little. So from the start of washing to the end of drying it takes 1 hour, prepare ±2 hours so you don't rush;) For those who want to send their suitcases directly to Haneda/Narita, you can help at the front desk, the service is usually next day. If you send suitcases to another city or to Kansai airport like us, it takes around 2-3 working days, the price, if I'm not mistaken, for a max 25 kg suitcase is around 300 thousand. Hopefully it's useful 😊.

It looks like the hotel is quite old but everything is still clean, neat and smells typical of Japan. Very close to Gotanda station, just cross. There is also lots of food around. 👍.

Kami memesan kamar twin superior jadi nyaman sekali dan luas. Hotelnya letaknya strategis karena dekat dengan Gotanda Station tinggal menyebrang. Fasilitas hotelnya juga baik terutama untuk laundry coin. Semua staffnya ramah dan sangat membantu.

Strategis dekat train station, minimarket, restoran toko oleh-oleh, wifi bagus ada smoking room. Excelent for this hotelMystas Gotanda.

Good place, dekat dengan stasiun, cuma kamar sempit kalau bawa koper ukuran besar dan banyak. Tapi rekomendasikan juga karena kalau mau kemana-mana bisa naik kereta tinggal nyebrang. Termasuk line keretanya turis / wisata

Kamar lumayan, dekat sekali station gotanda, dari haneda hanya 2 x station. Jos pokoknya.
