It is a nice hotel, staff are friendly and helpful and the food is excellent. I messaged hotel before arrival requesting a room with sunshine in afternoon and was allocated a room with no sunlight at all. Having arrived later in the the evening it was not that obvious and we didn’t want the hastle of having to move rooms once unpacked. The big tree in front of appartement 208 takes all the light away. Disappointed that they did not take notice of request. Secondly , just need to be aware that certain nationalities use the sauna naked and on one occasion a male proceeded to walk around the pool naked in the spa area. The mattresses are not the best quality either, my husband had back ache after a couple of days. However, the complex overall is really clean and nicely laid out, a nice clientele and the food served at lunchtime is good quality and good value as are the prices of drinks.

Hotel was set in beautiful gardens close to beach. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Great pool, breakfast was excellent and plenty of free parking.

The room was amazingly large, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen/living area and a nice terrace. Swimming pool was also nice. The hotel was a few minutes away from the beach, and about 10-15 minutes walk to the Son Xoriguer port, where there are plenty of restaurants and places to go for a dance or drinks. We really enjoyed our time there!

Lovely two-levelled apartment with genuine sea views. Always able to get a sunbed at the pool - and they were comfortable and clean with a brollie (1 between 2). Pool was arranged beautifully with a deep end for adult swimming, shallower end for pool games and youngsters and a separate pool for paddling youngsters. Breakfast had plenty of choice for all - cooked, fresh eggs, Menorcan, continental, healthy, kids, and a wonderful bakery to choose from! Pool bar was excellent and good value.

Enjoyed our stay, even though we were the only British there. Staff very friendly, but food not so good. The facilities in the kids club weren't very good and not really organised. Pools were lovely and lifeguard very attentive. Hotel was spotlessly clean.

Logement très sympa et très propre. Extérieurs très bien entretenu et très grande piscine. Demie pension de très mauvaise qualité… ça a gâché notre expérience dans cet hôtel.

Avons été ravis de la qualité des services. Tant pour la restauration que pour la partie hôtelière. L’hôtel est très bien entretenu et sa situation assez proche de la plage est un plus. De plus, il nous a paru très calme.

Perfecto ! Nous avons réservé une chambre du 26 mai au 5 juin et avons adoré cet hotel. Pour commencer, le personnel est d'une gentillesse et accessibilité rare. Souriant, acceuillant. Les chambres sont spacieuses, belle. L'hôtel, les infrastructure sont propres, et beau. Le service de nettoyage est impeccable. Nous avons eu un soucis lors de notre séjour, et l'hotel nous à apporté une réponse dans la journée. Merci. Le buffet est correct, bon choix, et produit locaux. L'hote est idéalement situé, proche de la mer, d'une belle marina, tout en étant calme et reposant. Merci à Holiver pour son service.

Zeer gastvrije ontvangst en verblijf. Vriendelijk en behulpzame staf. Ruime accommodatie, uitstekend onderhouden en sfeervol ingericht waarbij het aan niets ontbreekt. Het zwembad is heerlijk en leent zich ook goed voor baantjes zwemmen 👌

Recepcionistas del turno de tarde-noche poco amables, daba la sensación que les molestabas. Teniamos reservado para 2 adultos y 1 niña, y para la tercera persona no había toallas ni cama preparada para la tercera persona. Pedimos en el bar una crema catalana y estaba cuajada, el camarero nos indicó que era del año pasado. Para pedir disculpas nos regalaron un gorro para mi hija y un delantal para mi, un poco sexista

L'hôtel est bien équipé et se trouve à 15 minutes à pied du centre du complexe touristique. Le logement est bien spacieux avec vue sur jardins et mer. Une piscine intérieure chauffée et espace spa sympa. La piscine extérieure est grande mais elle n'est pas chauffée. Très bon rapport qualité prix.
