5-star hotel, but the room facilities are not up to par. The room amenities are not complete such as razors/tea/,... The breakfast is simple, only a few dishes, no local specialties. The day I stayed, the hotel was resetting the elevator from 17:30 - 18:30, my wife and young child got stuck in the elevator. The elevator sometimes resets all 4 elevators, causing inconvenience to guests because there are no elevators to move, they have to wait for the elevator to reopen. I suggested that they should reset in rotation so that guests can use the elevator. When resetting, they did not check whether the elevator was working or not, causing guests to get stuck in the elevator. In return, the staff is friendly and enthusiastic.

The hotel is basically good. However, there are 3 things I feel are not good. 1) The room door is very difficult to open and close, the door and the latch are difficult to fit together. When I called the receptionist, they told me to pull hard, every time I entered the room I had to open the door with great difficulty. What if the guest was an elderly person? This kind of broken equipment is not suitable for a 5-star hotel, and the staff did not support enthusiastically. 2) The staff who guided me to find a table for the breakfast buffet when there were many guests was also not good. They were absent-minded and ignored the guests. 3) The room soundproofing was very bad. Very noisy.

I had a bad experience from traveloka, not from the hotel. When I asked for an invoice, traveloka always gave subjective arguments to not provide it. And I see this as a business that does not comply with the law.

Everything was good. The pool was very clean and most importantly, there was no smell. The staff was friendly and cheerful. The view was beautiful!

Khách sạn vị trí gần bến Ninh Kiều, tuy nhiên ở một khu biệt lập yên tĩnh. Thủ tục nhận phòng nhanh chóng, các bạn lễ tân hỗ trợ mình nhận phòng sớm gần 1h. Phòng ngủ rộng rãi, menu đồ ăn nhìn chung giá hợp lí so với khách sạn 5 sao. View từ phòng nhìn thẳng ra cầu cần thơ cũng như trung tâm thành phố và bến tàu.

Khi nhận phòng lễ tân không hướng dẫn rõ ràng, không có nhân viên hỗ trợ hành lý. khách phải tự đi tìm phòng. Niệm, gối quá cũ. Sau 1 đêm ngũ 10 thành viên gia đình điều bị đau cổ. Khi trả phòng còn bị đòi thẻ phòng mặc dù đã đưa thẻ phòng cho lễ tân.

Wednesday (September 13) booking for Friday (September 15) check-in. Book a room with 1 single bed, make clear notes. When I checked in, I was told there was no room with a single bed. Had to spend 400k to upgrade the room. When I booked the room, I made a clear note that there was no room with a single bed, but the system said there was one. After receiving payment, I did not call back to say there was no room with a single bed.
