LOVE HOW QUIET AND SAFE IT IS

Saw some roaches in my room even in my bed

ITS A VERY NICE DECENT AND VERY CLEAN PLACE,, AND ALSO SAFE,, POLICE DEPARTMENT IS RIGHT ACROSS FROM THIS HOTEL AND THATS WHAT I LOVE MORE ABOUT THIS PLACE CAUSE CHILDREN AND FAMILIES ARE WELL PROTECTED HERE,, I RATE THIS AS A 5STAR I WOULD LOVE TO STAY HERE AGAIN,, GREAT SERVICE AS WELL STAFF ARE ALWAYS ON TOP OF EVERYTHING GREAT JOB

That the store is walking distance and it's very peaceful around here

Website showed only 2 single double beds available. Hostess gave me 1 single bed. Checked in late. Lobby was closed & no one there to greet you. Took the hostess 30 minutes to show up & 15 minutes to check in. On personal side note, hostess was very very rude, also has track marks on both arms. Please wear long sleeves.

This staff went above and beyond the call of duty. The attention to details in making sure the property was always clean is unmatched. Thank you for the amazing hospitality not only to myself but to the other actors that felt welcome during our stay. Thank you.

The lobbby was closed and no one was there for check in . I called and no answer

Saw a very small roach..there was a smell in the room, nothing bad just more of an “old” type smell Parking very easy and appreciated that there was laundry facilities

My room had roaches everywhere

Este hotel me engaño ya que no se me dió el desayuno que ofreció al momento de hacer mi reserva, había cucarachas, olía a húmeda d y tampoco había suficiente papel higiénico ni tampoco shampoo y acondicionador.

We had a room with dust on the walls and the Refrigerator door had rust stains. There were small cockroaches that would come out at night. The bathroom floor was coming undone, the toilet would clog. The bathtub didn't hold the water. The walls were so thin the noise was very noticeable, from the hall and the parking lot. The bed was not comfortable.

Taking into consideration how expensive other hotels were at the time of our stay, this place had a great price and was very safe. However, I will note there were small roaches in the kitchen area. The sheets were clean though.

Horrible!!! First of all we get there at had to wait about 30 minutes at the window to check in because no one was there! No employees to be seen! We finally get our keys and go up to our room and a sworm of baby cockroaches ran out of the room just as we open the door! The whole room was filled with cockroaches, on the walls, in the toilet bowl, we even woke up at 3 am to see cockroaches on our pillow, we just got up and left! Horrible, never again!

No one was at the front desk day 1 and even though we called and rang the bell no one came. My daughter was forced to sleep in her car day in and then management made arrangements to extend the reservation 1 day through monday to check out on tuesday the retracted agreement and refunded one day stay. My daughter was thrown out of the hotel without notice or justification after they had agreed to allow her to stay one more day since she had to sleep in her car since no one was at the front desk. once in the room, roach motel, is an understatement. can provide videos. Remove this hotel from your listing. I expected much more from them.
