Peacefully and staff friendly and helpful

The bed is hard as a brick so I woke up sore because of his hardness other than that not bad my dog love the bed

This place is sad and run down. Flimsy mattresses, bare minimum is an understatement. It would be ok for a night or 2 if the hotel policies were not so dehumanizing. I’m not sure what is going on, but the way these people scrutinize you as though you are doing something wrong or will be soon is really off putting. I’m assume everyone who stays here is a human who deserves kindness and a service for the money they are spending on a room. What a bizarre experience. It’s like a half way house atmosphere. It’s sad and depressing.

The hotel said that I didn't have a reservation even after I showed them the email so I was going to just pay on the spot more money but needed sleep an they wouldn't rent me a room said it was to late so my trip was horrible

Tile/laminate floors were perfect in our pet-friendly room. Great variety of breakfast, including alternate milks. Nice staff. Very clean rooms!

They wouldn't let me check in! I need a refund!

No one at the counter. Had to call and wait 10-15 minutes. Then my key card didnt work , so i had to call again and wait.walls dirty headboards falling off the wall

This place is absolutely disgusting. The sheets were dirty, the floors were sticky, and the mattress pad had blood on it (like it had never been washed after someone bled on the bed!). While staying there. I found out that the place is used for Section 8 housing for low income and emergency shelter for homeless people. If you are a meth addict, this is the place for you. Otherwise, definitely stay away from this place. I have stayed at some clean, decent Extensed Stay places in Colorado, so I expected a very basic place, but not a place that hasn't been cleaned in months and whose residents aren't paying customers.
