It was fine

As soon as I check in, chaos occurred. Fire on the 2nd floor. We had to evacuated . I left and did not return.

Best place ive stayed extended

The sheets and towels were not cleaned

Friendly staff, quiet and clean.

Dirty floors, killed a bug, mattress uncomfortable, toilet seat broken on one side, elevator walls and floor dirty. The room reeked of some smell. Would never stay here again. It was rated a 5 but more like a 2.

Beds were awful

It would not have been bad if there were not roaches everywhere in the room. The beds were clean thankfully. We would have left if there was anywhere else to go but it was almost 1 in the morning. We left our bags in our car and did not lay anything on any surface except the bed. Management needs to fumigate this property.

They did not offer any thing but towels you had to buy or bring your own stuff. Ridiculous

When I checked it and walked to my car some lady was leaving and said they had bed bugs. I saw 2 little roaches that night and then 3 more the next morning. The fridge was covered in rust and mold on the outside. When I told the front desk she already knew they had a roach infestation. She offered me another room but couldn’t guarantee it wouldn’t have roaches as well. I looked at the room and there was red liquid on the floor and the window was stuck open. I decided to request my money back and get relocated.

They didn’t even let me check in

It was filthy. The room was awful; smal, dirty, the bathroom was almost unuseable. We would never, ever use or recommend this excuse of a hotel.

Double charged me for one room, and charged me 2 pet fees for one pet. Took 2 hours of my time to resolve. Condition of property also poor.

Get some new beds. I could feel the springs, couldn't sleep end up leaving 4 in the morning

Staff rude room was filthy worst hotel experience I have ever had people hanging out at front door smoking/drinking, I drink and smoke but not at the front door. Hotel like Montgomery suck.

Room was too small. Not very comfortable. Not what we expected from an Extended stay America Hotel. Lightings was poor.
