Not what I expected when I booked our room. Heavy smell in hallways and elevator. Our room door was not secured and we couldn’t lock it. That was fixed with my husband’s help.First day we complained about clogged bathroom sink and nothing was done even they promised us that will be checked and fixed.

The front desk was closed in the morning and we needed an ironing board, this is the first time I see a hotel that closes the front desk, the room was very basic, the bathroom was not very clean, it was noisy at night

Property was clean had no issues only thing that bothered me was being on the ground floor and having part of the blind broken had to cover with towel….to keep from people outside from looking in

Fine for one night, but not clean. Needs updating. Getting calls in the middle of the night as well… not sure what was going on. You can hear everything in the hallway and even in the rooms. Cheap stay, so got what we paid for I guess, but they are better options out there.

Hotel is an absolute no-frills hole. Hotel claims to be extended stay, but their is nothing in the rooms... No pots or pans, no dishes or glasses, and no utensils. Guess they expect us to bring our kitchen wars along for the trip.
My wife and I didn't start one night in the hotel and the hotel refused to refund our money. Terrible customer service.
