Hotel was clean. Beds were terrible and uncomfortable. No curtains on the windows to block out light. Beds are hard and noisy and broke down.

No tv or hot water

The room was clean and smelled fine. There was quite a bit of construction to the building going on so the parkingnlot was FULL of contractors equipment, vehicles, trailers, etc. It was probably the most uncomfortable mattress ive ever slept on in a hotel.

Clean and convenient. We stay here every time we're in town.

Amazing staff! The property was always clean and well taken care of! My room was in really excellent condition and CLEAN!!! I CANT STRESS CLEAN!! amber, jeff, and melissa were amazing!

I called to get a room after the tornadoes. Was more then happy to take my money, but didnt bother to tell me the place didnt have power

Contrary to other negative reviews, I found this place acceptable to reside.

Didn't realize this was an extended stay and the room I stayed in was kinda run down but comfortable.

Staff very friendly and helpful.

Bad location, noisy all night, no amenities in the shower.

The toilet didn’t work. I couldn’t figure out the lighting system when I walk across the floor with my bare feet. My feet got pure black time has passed maybe three hours not a cockroach on the wall by the light switch and a cockroach where the toilet bowl was I’m looking to get a total refund And maybe somebody get this place off inspection

The hallways smell like puke and piss and there were roaches in our rooms. We walked right out. Was accused of making it up while trying to get a refund.

For the money it was fine and my room very clean. It’s a sketchy place to stay for a single woman to stay. There is a security guard there who could hardly breathe. I felt less than safe with a high/drunk man milling about. That said, I double locked my room door and did not venture out and they did wait up for me to get there and that was appreciated.

I only had this hotel booked for one night. I had an event to attend that night so I didn’t get back to the hotel and to sleep until around 4:30am. Around 7:30am I was woken up to someone trying to get into my room. I assume it was an employee because their key card worked. If I wouldn't have had the top latch shut, whoever this person was would have had full access to my room while I was asleep. I got up and looked out the peep hole but didn’t see anyone. Then I had a knock on the door at 9:30am from a staff member “confirming I was checking out at 11:00am” - what kind of hotel does this?! I booked it for one night, OF COURSE I WILL BE CHECKING OUT. I definitely would NOT recommend this hotel, unless you like random people gaining access to your room while you sleep.

Room was missing hand towels in bathroom and tissues. There was no hair dryer and no in-room coffee. Floor in front of toilet and shower was really spongy. Otherwise, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly.
