After a long day of driving, I arrived late at night (around 11:00 PM) and had to call the front desk from the lobby to check in. It was clear that I had woken up the staff member, who seemed frustrated and took 10-15 minutes to come down. When she arrived, she was in pajamas, visibly distracted by her phone, and shaking her head—an unwelcoming first impression. To her credit, she was polite once she began the check-in process. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t end there. Upon entering the room, I noticed a strong smell of marijuana and cigarette smoke. Even worse, the beds were extremely uncomfortable—you could feel the springs, making it difficult to get any rest. Given these problems, I regret not seeking alternate accommodations immediately. For the price and based on the listing, I expected a much better experience. I hope management addresses these issues for future guests.

I would if I would have got to stay an sleep especially when I was asked what time would they be expecting me and I put 3-4am an when I get there I was told I had to be there by 1am or it was consider a no show so after driving 16 hours to find out not only did I pay for room I wasn’t even going to be able to sleep in an still had a 6 hour drive home so I just drove home

Nobody was at the front desk when we arrived. We had to call from the lobby phone to get somebody to come. The lady said it would be 15 minutes until she could check us in on the phone. Once she finally arrived, it turns out that she was the person out in the parking lot smoking when we first arrived. She seemed super inconvenienced that she had to check us in. She rarely said anything in a kind tone. The hotel said it was pet friendly, but did I didn't see a method for adding our dog to the reservation online. I figured I'd just add her when checking in like I have done at many other hotels. She seemed super put out that she had to do that. Additionally, the hotel is advertised as non-smoking. First the lobby smelt of smoke, then both our rooms smelt even worse, and then the lady informed us the 3rd floor was a smoking floor. Granted our rooms were on the 2nd and 4th, but the hotel is listed as non-smoking, not listed with a smoking floor. To top it all off, one of the beds was covered in hair and had a nice, decorative fresh yellow stain right I. The middle of it. Disgusting! I went to talk to the front desk again. I had to call her on the phone again and she said it would be 10 more minutes before she could assist me. But I proceeded to ask for a refund anyway on the phone when she informed me we had to go through hotels. We wound up just leaving. I never got a refund, but hotels.com wound up giving us one cash at the value of the rooms to compensate.

Was a good place to stay comfortable bed and clean. Unfortunately the shower 🚿 didn't work, so i had to take a bath. Would stay again but will need to check shower to make sure its in working condition.

I really do recommend this extended stay. The staff was fabulous. The location was excellent. It was right near the 289 so yes, I’m very happy with it. I definitely recommend them.

They say it’s a non-smoking hotel/room, but the second you step foot in the elevator it smells like you just walked into a trap house. I had to drink myself to sleep to be able to tolerate the smell. When I got home, my clothes smelled like they just spent 6 months in a halfway house. The sink in the bathroom didn’t really work; it was about as efficient as a rat spitting on your hands. Our room keys stopped working so we got locked out of the hotel. They were unable to get us new ones so we had to get someone from the front desk to let us in with her master key. She seemed too busy playing her poker game on her phone to figure out the key machine. All in all, would not recommend unless it’s your last option and you don’t have a sense of smell.
