Quiet and friendly.

Excellent Hotel

We particularly enjoyed the pool area.

Electricity went off during the evening, staff member (lady) kept misleading guests telling us that maintenance was “on it “ and will restore power in just “a few minutes “ other staff said there was a bigger issue with the city, We could have understood the situation it she could just tell the truth but she became rude and unpleasant when people became anxious. The Power out lasted close to 2 hrs. No big deal except for the stuff member lying and misleading about the situation.

It was very nice. Large pool that separated kids from adults. Friendly staff willing to learn English as well as help speak Spanish. One down fall was they only served breakfast and dinner no lunch. But there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. And super market was only a 20min walk away. You have ac in rooms as well the hallways had ac. Comfortable beds nice bathrooms. No fridge in room, but said we should have. All and all I would give it an 8.5.

Easy access to the pool, and a swim up bar. Typically the pool area was empty. Never a problem. Finding a chair.

Staff were friendly and helpfull

The pool and grounds at the Gamma Plaza are very nice. We were a party of 5 in 3 rooms. All rooms experienced cool, sometime warm but never hot water. All rooms had toilet seats that did not fit the bowl therefore sometimes giving pinches when seated. In one room the electrical plug did not work in the bathroom, no problem in the other 2 rooms. Excluding these issues the rooms are comfortable and I would give the hotel a rating of 3 stars.

Love the pool and how quiet the area is!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms in good condition and hotel looked recently renovated inside. Very reasonable prices and good location within easy walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Pool very large and looked clean although there could have been more seating and music at times way too loud. Buffet breakfast was great. Would stay here again.
