Only problem is that there was a little confusion with the 10 USD food & drink credit. When they went to apply it, they changed it to a 10% discount instead. Other than that, the food is good, the breakfast buffet is very substantial, the coffee is convenient & pretty good as well. Lots of little offerings throughout.

I am checking out today and had a great 3 night stay at the hotel. The staff are so lovely from the front desk, restaurant, housekeeping; always with a smile. The wifi worked great, shower good & bed comfortable. Very clean too. Had dinner here & food was good as was my first pisco sour. I stayed here at the beginning of a photography tour & enjoyed photographing the sunset & all the varied birds. Great view from the balcony too. Gracias!

I am so glad we stayed here, I wish we'd had another night. The staff were lovely. Very secure parking. Our balcony overlooked the beech. The food was wonderful and the barman made the best Negroni cocktails and Gin and Tonic!

Very nice facility with a great price. The breakfast is very good, Some staff like Michelle were super helpful and pleasant. Great view of the ocean.

Very small room!

Nice quiet safe place. Great view of the ocean, Desk staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant just okay but expensive for what you receive. Rooms are styarting to get outdated but clean. I would stay there again.

It was a very comfortable stay. The people attending at the front desk, the restaurant, the bar, etc. Were very friendly and servicial.

Good place but quite away of city center

Our stay was excellent! The mist we enjoyed was the friendly and respectful attitude of the staff, all over: the receptionists, la ladies and gentlemen at the restaurant and the lady cleaning the room, all were very helpful and great professionals.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Fantastic spacious comfortable rooms and good customer service. Shame they couldn't swap the welcome drink vouchers for water bottles as none were provided in the rooms unlike other hotels in the area.

Hotel not very clean, it needs some quality control Hotel isles not clean at all it has a very nice view but service can improve a lot .

Enjoyed our stay. Beautiful spot on the beach.

Best value in Chile. Great jr suites and views. Although the breakfasts could be improved by including fresh fruit, ie; mangos, berries, & nuts, seeds, & grains. Aircon is missing & a necessity on days over 26 degrees C

Very quiet property with an excellent breakfast. It is outside of downtown proper so need a vehicle. Staff is very helpful and has secured parking.

Went for a sports competition. Had a room with 2 twin beds. Everything was comfortable , but the room was very small for 2 people. I would have gotten a studio if I had known. Employees of the hotel were awesome. Good service, was close to the competition, but it is far from other restaurants and shopping.

Hotel was new and good value for money good breakfast the only down side was that it was a long way from town

Clean, basic kind of place. Only issue was lack of AC, which is odd, given the desert climate. Probably related to the building's eco-friendly design (it's LEED-certified). Not a huge deal--opening the windows lets in a wonderful sea breeze...still, the room was warmer than I would have liked.
