It was a beautiful property and the quality of the rooms and furnishings were outstanding! Great customer care by the staff!

This is a very tranquil place to stay. The staff are very helpful & the breakfasts sufficient. If you get chance, try one of their own wines, you won't be disappointed!

Excellent stay at Cabecas. Location is in a rural location on the outskirts of Portalegre, definitely need a car as some of the hills are challenging- specially in the heat of summer. Friendly and efficient check-in, very classy room, in fact the whole place is lovely. Great room with huge comfy bed and the kind of bathroom I wish I had at home. Good sized terrace over-looking the cool infinity pool, which itself looks out over the rural surrounding landscape. Breakfast was good and the rest of the guests were a mix of Potuguese and European.

Amazing B&B: serene and peaceful, very clean, tasty breakfast, excellent staff. Dogs :)))) One negative: a little hard to find even with the GPS.

Amazing place, in the middle of a lovely part of Alentejo. Staff were really helpful and friendly, particularly considering we arrived late but they still managed to get us some snacks as we were starving and a bottle of the delicious wine they produce in the farm! We were very sorry to have booked only one night, the place is perfect for nice walks, long rests by the pool and to enjoy some of the best stuff the area offers.

Everything, from the staff to the property was great. Excellent breakfast, the swimming pool was nice. But best of all, the silence, it's brilliant

Very nice stay at this property. We used it as a central location to make day trips for a three night stay within range of Coimbra, Guimarães, and Batalha, and the ocean. Breakfast was excellent and the property has very nice amenities. As represented the dining options are limited in the area, as it is somewhat rural location, so plan ahead. Dinner at the hotel is good, but not remarkable. Breakfast, however, was outstanding. The room was basic, as represented in the photos, and the mattress was very firm. Other guests were very friendly and collegial as promoted by the common spaces. The hotel does offer additional services and classes (surfing/yoga seem popular), which were offered at check-in, but we declined as we were inclined toward sight seeing. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Beautiful property within an olive tree orchard and working vineyard. Rooms were spacious. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast with fresh eggs from hens on property. It was a very tranquil place and not too far from a city with good restaurants.

Perfect stay

This is a small luxury hotel in the middle of a vineyard what is not to love. Staff(owner) has very helpful and friendly. Pool looked so inviting and the upstairs area with pool table and the terrace was just a big plus. Not just clean but bright and shiny clean!

We loved it; peaceful environment, comfortable and attractive room. Ines is a gem and was most welcoming and helpful. This is a family establishment, where the owner has his own bio winery. He is enthusiastic and charismatic and the wine is delicious and unique. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We loved every moment hay we spent in this hotel. The rooms are spacious, and.every item is well thought of. The bed was one f the best I ever slept in. Breakfast was very good. Bottom line don't hesitate.

Beautiful hotel in secluded location. Infinity pool overlooking the mountains. Lovely decor. Highly recommend!
