Great accommodation to affordable price

Great night with a proper breakfast

This was a unique hotel, it’s converted dorm rooms. It’s bare bones, but clean, safe, and convenient to the highway. Check in was not near the front due, but could be easily accessed through the courtyard. It was self service for us since we got there after hours. Instructions were good. Breakfast was a filling boxed lunch.

I was really disappointed when I got there as I hadn’t received any check-in instructions. I was alone with my children and there was nobody to ask. I had to call several times and took us at least an hour to get in the building.

Very clean. Phoned to request breakfast boxes and was informed it had been noted but there was nothing left for us in the designated fridge.

Accommodation was part of an educational complex and rooms were like student style rooms. Reception was less than 24 hours, but access for late arrivals can be arranged. Only breakfast is available in the complex. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good.

We arrived late at night and it took ages just to find where the "hotel" is. You're arriving onto a college campus and there's no obvious signage for a hotel until you actually reach the correct entrance. The room was basic but OK, but too expensive for what it is. We were disturbed several times by housekeeping in the morning before we even got out of bed. Checking out was a hassle as well as a conference group had descended on the reception and only one person was staffing at the time. Also, there isn't a clear sign even that it was a reception. It's also a very long way from Lulea itself, so not really handy if you are spending time in the downtown.

Difficult location to find without GPS. No staff on site. Took 1/2 hour to gain access to facility

Lungt och fridfullt. Stördes endast av en ventilations fläkt som surrade med ett svagt vinande ljud. I övrigt Ok!

Första gången där. Receptionslös in/utcheckning fungerade problemfritt. Rummet/säng/toalett bra, kanske lite obekväm TV-stol och TV lite för modern för att man ska vara helt bekväm. Möjligen skulle det upplysas om att det finns mikrovågsugn tillgängligt så att man kan ta med egen mat för väjning till middag.

Perfekt för övernattning om man är på genomresa.

Väldigt trevlig personal. Rent och snyggt. Wi-Fi fungerar suveränt då dom äntligen har bytt till accesspunkter från Ruckus! Det är enkelt att ta sig in till Luleå centrum med buss. Tar ca 20 minuter.

Svårt att hitta till ingången när jag anlände kvällstid. Mörkt och oplogat när jag skulle gå runt huset på baksidan. Ingen middag serverades och skulle man beställa något efter restaurangens stängning dvs middag eller macka till kvällen skulle det beställas under förmiddagen vilket jag inte upplystes om. Personalen glada och trevliga. Fantastiskt goda luncher med flera olika sallader. Inget ekologiskt och fabriksbakat bröd som gräddats på plats sätter jag på minussidan.

Väldigt trevligt boende. Jag ska säkert tillbaka! Super praktiskt med allt. Prisvärt boende!

Rent och fräscht! Kommer absolut rekommendera till vänner och bekanta.
