Perfect location for travel

Wonderful location but a bit loud for our liking. We happened to be on the street side low floor so barking dogs and noisy cabbies kept us up. Luckily we had a good noise machine packed

Booked a suite as it had a jacuzzi. Unfortunately no one had cleaned it after the previous occupants so that was unusable. There is a large satellite dish outside, but only two tv channels available and one of those was a shopping channel. The room was large and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. There are well maintained gardens and pool area. There was some very loud music across the road which was not insulated by the single glaze windows. Fortunately, this stopped by 10pm. If it hadn't been for the dirty jacuzzi, I would have been very happy here, but since I couldn't use it I may as well have had the cheaper room.

It was fine.

My only complaint is that every time I want to splash at the pool it’s under maintenance.

O atendimento na recepção poderia ser mais amigável, os quartos precisam de pequenos reparos, a cama era dura. A área da piscina é jardim maravilhosos, o café da manhã também me agradou muito. Limpeza do quarto foi bem. No geral precisa de um bom funcionário para balcão

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Spacious clean room. Swimming pool abd jacuzzi.

This place exceeded my expectations. It was clean and the room was simple. The outside was absolutely gorgeous! So many photo ops inside the lobby area and outside. There was a beautiful pool, the most adorable slide, swing, and spinning toy for the kids. The landscaping is so tropical. The staff was extremely friendly. There was a woman at the front desk that helped us find a fresh flower shop to buy gifts for our family that had been showing us around all week. Breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning. Can’t say enough good things. Also our hair dryer in the room didn’t work. They gave us an even better one from the front desk. I would definitely stay here again.

A bit old, in need of updates to furniture and bath towels. Coffee? Meah! Staff? Meah! I was expecting better quality for the price.

The only thing I liked about the hotel was the nice lady who tried her best to help me her name was Cleuza if I’m not mistaking and the guy from the breakfast area Donizete very kind, nothing else

Very basic hotel close to Cuiaba airport. However only £45 per night inc breakfast. Good breakfast. Quite noisy due to proximity to airport (but that’s to be expected) and noisy guests in the early morning. Good shuttle service to airport every 30 minutes. Problems getting safe to work (had to change rooms 3x to get a functioning one). Reception staff quite helpful but hotel owner totally miserable and dismissive! Shopping centre over the road for food court.

The first room we were given had a dead decaying rat in the room. We were assigned another room but hotel was not helpful or apologetic.

This was a really nice hotel and a great little stopover if you have come out of the Pantanal and flying out of Cuiaba. Nobody really spoke English but that wasn't a massive problem and they give you a free lift to the airport when you need to catch a flight. I really enjoyed my short stay here!

L'hotel è grande, il personale gentile e disponibile, spazi comuni grandi e confortevoli bella piscina e giardino. La camera è grande il letto buono. Alcuni problemi: le camere che danno sulla strada di notte sono molto rumorose e le finestre non sono insonorizzate. Il condizionatore è rumoroso.

Atendimento sem muita cordialidade. Eu estava com malas, mochila, sozinha com criança e não ajudaram nem a abrir a porta do hall. Cama dura. Café ok.

Bom custo benefício.

Minha sobrinha falou que o coberleito estava com mau cheiro, a tampa do vaso quebrada e faltou papel higiênico

Boa estadia.

Paredes sujas , poucos funcionários, toalhas manchadas, caiu muito o lugar .
