I had a really good stay, the room was good and they had a small cafe. I wish they also had a food option

The bar and restaurant were not open. There was no available water other than from the bathroom sink and the ice machine was not working.

Dylan was the concierge he was helpful and checking went smoothly. Take the stairs. The elevator is tiny and you get in one side and out the other which we were informed about so we stopped on the floor and nothing happened. The door is manual and the gate doesn’t stay open. It was a little unsettling. After that intro to transportation, we took the stairs. The rooms are sparse but clean and quaint. In our room : Queen room : there’s a small table and lamp. Two small chairs and a folding luggage rack. A comfortable bed. Hot water. Split bathroom and a window that opens. It’s somewhere between a hostel and a hotel. I liked it. It was comfortable and quiet. Cons: There’s no place to put anything because there aren’t any surfaces besides the bed. No usb plugs so bring a block. No desk nor drawers. No full length mirror in the room. It’s in the stairwell so…that’s a bit of a hassle. They could spring to put one on the bathroom door and it would be a big upgrade! Pros: location and charm, staff and cleanliness and price. I wouldn’t stay for more than two nights since there isn’t anywhere to put anything, but it was great for an overnight and to see a show. Make sure you know what you’re wearing and give yourself a little extra time - getting to a mirror is a challenge. It’s got history and I might stay again. Fairly priced.

Noise from the street outside was clear as a bell. No accessible water supply, have to ask staff for a refill.

Smallest room and bathroom, towels looked dirty, no parking, had to pay $42 for parking. Next time I stick to the Hilton, I wanted to try something different but I had no idea it was going to look dirty and expensive. I would never stay there again.

Weird smell in the hallway and the room. Seemed to be masked by cologne. Room was much smaller than anticipated and the bathroom sink was clogged. Shower was very small and hard to maneuver. Staff addressed concerns that they could but was not impressed with the room.

Loved the property, it had a historic, cozy feel. Only things would suggest for the room is a reading light next to the chair and a full length mirror behind the door.

This is a antique boutique hotel retrofitted with a few modern conveniences. The rugs are old but I think that's the charm. I stayed in room 212. My windows looked directly into another room. There are two bars downstairs, so naturally you can hear it a bit in the room.

There is no coffee in the room. The coffee bar didn’t open until 7:30. There was only drip coffee because no one there knew how to make it. There is no food there, no even snacks for purchase. The rooms don’t have a full length mirror except in the stairwell. The lighting in the bathroom is somewhat dark. Bed was very squeaky and not very comfortable. There is no where to put your luggage in the room other than the floor. The decor is cool. The staff was nice and wanted to be helpful but these things were out of their control. Also parking is $42/day. We booked 2 nights but left after the first night to go elsewhere more accommodating.
