This is the worse Experience I have ever been through. After seventy years and having been in simply over a thousand hotels have never experienced what myself and son had to at this one. I will be wrintng to hotels.com on my return home this Thursday 23 June 2022.

We booked for one night and really just needed the room to sleep. The location was okay and the room was clean. The gentleman who checked us in was perfectly friendly and helpful, though when we asked if there was more parking nearby (as the small lot was full), he suggested we just park in the fire lane or handicapped space, as no one else was expected to come in that evening. Naturally, we did not do that, but instead waited for someone else to leave (about an hour later) so we could park in a normal place. My only comment about the room itself was it was WAY too hot and we couldn't turn down the heat, so we slept with the window a bit open to let in the cool February air and just dealt with the street noise.

Very nice helpful receptionists. Great location. Clean room. Only, wi-fi was very spotty. Good quality for the price, though.

This was my third stay here for events at the nearby Polesud. Past trips were decent, with no complaints, but this time the broken (?) air conditioning was a big problem. There was no heating or cooling in the entire hotel and the place was just unbearably hot. Had to keep the windows full open to cool off the room. There are no screens on the windows, so this lets bugs in. The hotel is across the street from a major tram and bus stop (which is convenient) but led to a lot of noise all night with the windows open.

This hotel is conveniently located near the PoleSud arena, which is its main value. You get a Spartan room at an economical price, and that's about it. It is easy to reach, with a tram stop a few hundred yards away. There is a mid-sized shopping mall across the street. The available breakfast is decent, at a reasonable cost. There are no other amenities at the hotel. There are vending machines in the lobby but they do not accept paper currency, and the front desk does not make change. The rooms consist of a bed, a small table, one modest chair, and a small desk built into the wall. There is a small place to hang cloths. There is no phone, no refrigerator, no coffee machine, etc., but there was a LCD TV. The hotel was full during my stay and I ended up in a room with a bathroom for the disabled. The bathroom floor seemed a bit dirty to me, but the fixtures were otherwise clean. There was a liquid soap dispenser on the wall near the shower, which was out of reach when you where at the sink. Other than the arena and the mall there isn't much to do in the area, but the nearby metro allows you easy access to elsewhere in the city. If a hotel is just a place to sleep, and you need to be in this area, this is an OK choice. But just OK.

This hotel was a stopover for us at the end of a very long drag from Calais and in preparation for going over the Franch/Italian alps the next day. Once we hadworked out the entrance to the hotel we found the an on the desk to be pretty friendly and he was able to guide us to everything we needed. We were able to park right outside at no extra cost which was a great bonus. The room itself was all we needed being clean and quiet and we were quite happy with it. We paid for a breakfast and found this a little disappointing in that not much was left and there didn't appear to be anyone around to help us with this. Other than that there were no complaints and this was perfectly OK for our needs.

This is a good value for your money. I don’t need a lot of fancy amenities; I just wanted a comfortable, safe place to sleep with free parking that is affordable. And this place fit the bill. It provides the bare essentials but not much else, but I was fine with that. Reception was good and the view of the mountains from the room was beautiful. Parking was easy and convenient. I would stay here again.

As you can see from the rating, this is a budget hotel for a quick get away, not a luxury one. The service was ok. The good thing is that its just seconds from a tram stop which takes you to the main train station in 20 minutes and right next to a shopping mall and a huge super market (carrefour). Theres also an ice skating rink next to the hotel.

Comfortable accommodation for a short break to Grenoble. It is a convenient short walk to the tram network serving the town of Grenoble. Only stayed for one night on a driving trip around the Alps. The staff member we saw on arrival was pleasant and helpful, offering advice on the tram network.

I stayed one night and didn't get to take advantage of breakfast or other things, but felt safe and very comfortable. The hotel is convenient to a main road, but still took me a while to find (so make sure to get GPS or clear directions). I also ended up on another B&B in Grenoble following street signs. Parking is very, very small. I got the last 'spot', and not sure I'd have a place to park around there otherwise. I arrived very late, and the good thing is they're always there. I passed a very ugly area of Grenoble to get there by car, so I highly recommend against walking there. Very good vending machines for coffee/other things if you're hungry. Workers are very nice, but don't expect much advice about where to go, or directions where to get places.
