Staffs were nice, friendly and informative. The hotel is old, more like motel, need up date and keep the outside area clean. The bed and linen sheets are cleaned but the carpet was not so it’s smell musty. The area is good and convenient to restaurants and stores. The continental breakfast was very good more than what we expected, eggs and bacon etc.

I was expecting the place to be simple but clean based on the rating. It was simple but the cleanliness was really lacking

This is a small hotel located outside of the city in a nice outdoor shopping area that look alike the outlet venues in the US. The room are smalls and provide for basic amenities. It is a good economical choice if you have a car as it is about 20 minutes by car from Strasbourg city center. Beds are not very comfortable but acceptable for a 2 nights stay.

Not upto the standards of other B&B hotels weve stayed in. Rooms are small and dark. The hardworking cleaning staff are on to a lost cause.The hotel desperately needs a refurbishment. The only positive i can give is that the WIFI is okay and a retail park is not far away.

We are a family of 4 and stayed in room 59. the room looked very good, however the next morning both our kids were eaten up by bed bugs. From head to toe covered in spots from the bugs.

In the right place and near to good restaurant

They packed all necessities in the little room. Don’t expect luxury, but It is a clean, good nights rest.

Good quality B&B with plenty of parking spaces, conveniently located near Strasbourg and shopping area. The rooms are clean with good bedding and fluffy towels. Only the air con wasn’t cold enough in the hot weather. Friendly staff who let us check in on our arrival at 8:30am. The only negative point that made our stay less enjoyable was a group of noisy and disrespectful guests who behaved as if they were the only guests in the hotel - but this is not something the hotel can prevent.

had a handicaped room, heat was so high was frightening, not easy reaching under the table on top of said radiator and turn off the heat. had to help my friend with same problem. a group of people from the east were loud and drunk and shouted till bout midnight or something. the floor was dusty. shower curtain was too close to the shower head....i slept really well though.staff was really friendly, breakfast was alright

Hotel très bien placé dans une grande zone d'activités et commerciale. Chambre propre et literie plutôt confortable. Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil. Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre familiale, les espaces sont bien pensés mais assezexigus. Bon rapoort qualite/prix.

Personnel sympathique Chambre tres fonctionelle mais manque d'un bon coup de ménage. Idem pour l'extérieur du batiment Bonne experience pour 1 nuitée
