Was very clean and safe.

Reported a/c not working and constant noise from roof and nothing was done about it. Had to ask for a room transfer.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Wall air conditioning unit was very loud. Shower leaked water.

You booked me in another State from my request. They could not cancel my reservation and I could not get ahold of you in any way. Your service stinks.

Grab bar in shower would be helpful to all as textured floor gets slippery when soap is in the water. Would also provide a place for washcloth during shower.

I thought they shut down the continental breakfast too early, right around 9 o'clock.

The hotel is clean

The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. Loved the array of breakfast options. There was some confusion about our reservation at check-in, but we forged ahead regardless. A nice place to stay just outside of the city!

Peaceful

Nice new property located close to downtown East Grand Forks. Development in the area is just underway but still safe and convenient. Exceeded expectations.

Very nice hotel. Clean, easy to access from the highway. Good location. Awesome shower. Great breakfast.

Great short 1 night stay

Very nice lobby, clean, updated room with large shower. Fabulous continental breakfast. Something for everyone. Thenonly downfall was our tv didn't work.
