Friendly staff, very strategic hotel location right next to KL Sentral MRT Station

the hotel is incredibly cheap and worth visiting... highly recommended, close to everything, there are many food and breakfast shops. the staff are very friendly.. but in this hotel it was also the first time in my life that my suitcase pin suddenly changed by itself until now I am still confused about how the suitcase pin can be changed.. luckily there is YouTube so I know how to change the suitcase pin without having to know the previous suitcase pin....

I have stayed here twice, the staff is friendly, direct access from Nu Sentral Mall reception, I still recognize it, even once a year, I recommend staying here.

I was very impressed staying at Easy Hotel, the location is very strategic, the hotel staff are friendly, the service is good, the hotel room is very clean. We stayed for 3 nights and they cleaned our room every day and replaced all the equipment in the room such as towels, toothbrushes, soap and drinking water. Recommended and maybe we will stay there again when we go to KL.

The location is unbeatable, literally at the doorstep of NU Sentral mall and KL Sentral Monorail station. Hotel staff were courteous and polite, and made us feel welcome as guests. The double room is small but comfortable enough for an overnight stay. Only one pillow is given per person. The bathroom is also compact, about the size of what you get in the basic cabin of a cruise ship. However, kudos to the housekeeping staff as everything was spotlessly clean. Overall, this is one of the best wallet friendly hotels near KL Sentral.

overall very value for money with friendly staff. very strategic location right next to monorail station (there is travelator or lift to monorail station) across from nu sentral very close to kl sentral. only one drawback because I got a room right next to monorail, so if there is a station announcement in the morning it can be heard up to the room. breakfast at abc resto behind the hotel, the egg bread is delicious. less can add around rm 3-3.4 per mid June 25. there is free RO water dispenser on the 5th floor. clean room, even when checking in I saw the room next to me the bed was turned over against the wall so that the bottom of the bed was also swept and mopped by the room boy. room boy and hotel staff are very friendly.

The hotel is right behind KL Sentral, connected by NU Sentral shopping mall, convenient for traveling, shopping and eating. The staff is enthusiastic and cheerful. The room is small, not well soundproofed, you can clearly hear noise and conversations outside the hallway. The breakfast food is not diverse and tasty.

Best, will come again. Nearby Kuala Lumpur central.

Staff is friendly and location is good. Easy to access to all part of city via public transport such as LRT etc.

+ the location is perfect, can be accessed directly from the lift near family mart in NU KL Sentral so it's easy to go anywhere. + the price is appropriate, get a clean room plus breakfast (1 meal and tea/coffee). + the staff are all friendly, allow us to check out late for free until 1 pm, good, thank you. - the room is small, can only pass through one side to sleep.

Hotel cleanliness, the staff very friendly, and one of the reasons we stay here is this hotel so close to KL Sentral.

It's suitable to stay in this hotel, near all public transportation in Kuala Lumpur. Awesome next to sevel and in front of Nu Sentral Mall 🥰

very good service, recommended

The room wasn’t very big, but it was more than enough for solo travel. There was even a prayer mat and a mini fridge provided. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I had an early morning flight, and the access to the KL Sentral building was still closed. The staff explained to me how to get there. Since I was traveling alone, I almost went to the wrong building—but thankfully, the staff was still nearby, waiting to make sure I got to the right place. In the end, they personally escorted me all the way to the KL Sentral building, near the escalator at the bus stop area.

Strategic location, clean rooms and newly renovated. Unfortunately the AC is not cold, just wind. The staff are very friendly and responsive, especially Mr. Sultan and the man in charge of welcoming guests (I forgot his name) who always greets them in a friendly manner.
