We had a wonderful experience at Dar 73. The riad is beautifully decorated, quiet, and very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home – always helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious and served with great attention to detail. The location is perfect to explore the medina, yet peaceful enough to relax after a day out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech!. The hotel is clean and organized.

We loved our stay at Dar 73! We got a warm greeting every time we arrived and the whole Riad was immaculate and beautifully presented. We had the 30m hammam and 60m massage which was around £50 each and was so relaxing. The breakfasts each morning were delicious and included in the price. We would definitely visit again. The only slight negatives are that the pool wasn't open when we visited late February, and that there are sometimes people sitting directly outside the entrance making access a little uncomfortable.

Absolutely amazing stay at Dar 73. It was a calm oasis in the busy city. Staff couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious. We had a lovely Hamman experience there so would definitely recommend that. The bed was a bit hard for me but I was so tired after adventuring all day that I had no problem sleeping. The room was kept clean and welcoming.

The staff were so helpful at accomodating my late-night check-in after a flight delay. They offered to arrange transportation from the airport for me, and at no point was i left to walk the street alone to get to the riad. I was served tea and allowed to relax while check-in was completed. The staff were very kind and my room was kept fresh. I recommend trying the hammam spa treatment! It completed the experience.

Great stay! Nice and quiet and good walking distance to many things. I just wish they heated the small rooftop pool in the colder months. Then it would be perfect 👌

When you stay at a Riad in Marrakesh, you should have three criteria; does it have its own hammam, does it have some sort of pool, and does it have a good kitchen? Dar 73 is one of those places. While the breakfast is just OK and they don’t have coffee makers in the room, the staff is excellent riad is centrally located right near Bahia Palace and Tinsmith Square where it’s easy to get a cab anywhere in the city. Very comfortable and quiet. The rooftop terrace is beautiful at sunset especially if you have dinner prepared there. Highly recommend.

Somewhat difficult to find, down a long sketchy passageway. Upon arrival, greeted by very friendly and attentive staff. Very quiet hotel. No windows in our spacious and well-appointed room. Excellent shower. Our only complaint is that the room smelled of mold, likely due to the evaporation caused by the air conditioning system.

Genuinely an incredible experience at Dar 73. What is hidden behind a small wooden door is exceptional. Convenient walking to Bahia Palace, Badi Palace and Jemaa El Fna. Great breakfast and food options for lunch or dinner. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, explained the area in detail, excursions available and we always so friendly. Our room was immaculate, spacious and accommodating. We would recommend this to any family or friends.

Good place to stay, but during check out asked to pay hotel tax (5EUR), which I was not expecting, especially when you only can pay by cash

If you want to feel like home, then this is the riad for you. We travelled with our 9 month old and everyone was warm and inviting. We never felt like leaving. The staff is exceptional. Thank you Amine, Syed, Fatiha and the other ladies. Check in and check out was smooth and straight forward. The riad is clean, quiet and a walking distance to Jama el Fina. I'd love to stay here again!

Lovely riad to stay in, extremely close to the main square so very central. The property was so clean and smelt incredible, and thanks to Amin for welcoming us so kindly. Only slight issue was the shower pressure; the water trickled.

Dar 73 is a lovely little riad situated I. The old town, very close to Place des Forblantier and the souk and Bahia Palace. It’s easy to get taxis everywhere from the Square. Amin and the staff are so helpful and friendly, there are only 6 rooms so they really look after you. Breakfast is lovely and the Hammam was amazing! I’d definitely recommend these boutique riad, they look after you and you get personal service! I’d definitely recommend it!

Amazing hotel. Excellent staff. Newly refurbished modern decor. Felt like a little Oasis in the middle of the dusty city. Great breakfast. Bed was luxurious and comfy. Slept like a baby.
