Great location, clean and friendly staff

Miss Sophie's really made my partners 40th Birthday special. William arranged a cake and rose to be in the room upon arrival. The spa facilities are wonderful and you have access to the entire area for 90 minutes for maximum privacy. Location is fantastic with quick links to the centre. We will definitely revisit when ever we are next in Prague! Thank you to all the team at Miss Sophies

I booked the single room for my stay. Unfortunately the room is directly above the very loud, very heavy front door. I was woken multiple times throughout the night as it shook the room every time it was opened. As my stay was quite long I asked to change rooms but had to pay an additional fee of £120 to do this which was very disappointing. The new room was very dirty with clumps of hair on the walls and a really bad smell. I decided to clean the bathroom myself and purchase some air freshener rather than mentioning it to the staff as there would have been nothing they could do. Another guest ended up breaking the front door which meant it was quiet from then onwards.

This is the second time we have stayed here. Very cute hotel. Good location to walk to main tourist areas, or easy access to the tram. Bar and breakfast at the associated hostel across the street is excellent. Rooms are so cute and well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Very quiet. We will stay here every time we come to Prague!

Good for family short trip

Friendly staff, room was shabby chic, bedding was 2 single duvets on a double bed so that wasnt good

Cozy, clean and well decorated. It was worth the money we paid.

I had to spend ten minutes outside the door before check-in because no one was responding to the doorbell or picking up the phone. The room was in general in a bad condition. Didnt smell fresh and the window required several attempts in order to open. Bathroom was also in a bad condition. The staff was friendly, however.

Comfortable, warm room with vintage, quirky decor & nice modern bathroom. Also made use of the wellness spa To relax at the end of one of our days out... really loved that :)

Great location. Room 16 - very noisy across the courtyard due to people talking loudly all night, nothing the hotel could do. The air conditioning unit sporadic. The shower was very difficult to control temperature and water flow. The reception staff were very helpful. Breakfast across in the hostel was great.

Nice place and convenient located

Great location within walking of train, subway, tram or bus. Within two blocks of some very good restaurants. Exceptionally clean and comfortable beds. My place to stay on the next trip to Prague!

Great hotel. Location is in New Town and a 15 minute walk from most of the attractions.

Could be better designed. Cheap furnitures and room design

It was a very quaint cozy hotel with character. Very clean. Breakfast was great. (Just a little suggestion to provide a small container in the shower for toiletries).

loved everything about the hotel however unfortunately people staying in room next door were very noisy having parties. staff were helpful at trying to make them stop

Everything, friendly, clean, homely, quirky. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We spent four nights at Miss Sophie's. Comfortable and safe and the staff were very helpful, answering all our questions and providing good advice on where to eat, tram tickets, etc. The breakfasts across the street at the hostel were fresh and filling.

The rooms were amazing, service great,only the wc of bathroom was badly dirty and bad smell in the bathroom.
