Clean room...lovely terrace..great friendly staff.. transport easy and near by. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean; the location of the hotel is perfect. You have the metro and a tram stop just across the road. The city centre is only a few stops away and you can also take the metro to the airport

Nice sized room, window opens, bathroom large, a/c works, bed very comfortable. Very walkable to old town, jardín de real provided you like walking. Metro one minute or less walk. Loved this hotel;very central

This is a simple but very comfortable hotel, both for its location and the comfort of its rooms. It is not in the centre of Valencia's attractions, but it has a metro and tram station on the doorstep and is 15 minutes away from everything. Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. This small hotel has everything.

Nice terrace and balcony rooms

I felt safe and welcome at this property. Shopping facilities were all around the property. Very convenient for transport. A shoot out to the staff who were very friendly and worked very hard to accommodate hotel requests. I do prefer to have access to a safe in room. Something that was not in place. Valuables could be secured at front desk. Some staff spoke several languages which was helpful. I would definitely consider staying here again if l return to Valencia.

The check-in process was ridiculously complicated and confusing. They were the only hotel that required I check in and pay the first night before arrival, though Expedia indicated this wouldn’t be necessary. The original they gave me to check in didn’t work so they had to send another. Then they credited and debited my card several more times. The hotel is a long walk (almost an hour) from the main train station. On the plus side: bed less hard than others I experienced in Spain, breakfast reasonably priced, nice sized room and bathroom.

I have been here several times because this hotel is small but perfect for me. I have all what I need around this property. I recommend it.

Great hotel in a very convenient location. Run by a good team. Plenty of space in the rooms. Good breakfast buffet with plenty of choices.

Great location a 20 minute walk into the centre of Valencia , lovely comfortable room nice bed and great shower we had a room with a terrace which was lovely , hotel staff very friendly asked for a kettle and some mugs for the room no bother a nice touch a couple of bottles of water in the fridge. If I was busting Valencia again would definitely stay here again

it is a very simple hotel, very well located, within walking distance of the historic centre. Despite its simplicity, the hotel is truly exceptional in three respects: the staff is genuinely friendly and dedicated, the facilities work perfectly well in all respects and the breakfast is excellent. In short, the price/quality ratio of this hotel is second to none. And if you're the kind of person who likes to enjoy bars and restaurants that are not so often visited by tourists, this is the perfect place.
