Excelente servicio y amabilidad

El desayuna incluido estuvo genial. Las camas estaban bien. Lo unico fue la regadera que estaba un poco vieja y no cerraba la puerta. Fuera de eso, todo bien.

The free breakfast was stale, and the scrambled eggs smelled and tasted off. The food in the warmers looked like it had been made days before and reheated every morning. The room was ok and large, but the shower door was broken. The hotel sits on a busy road in an unattractive area. The pool was clean, but the water was the same hot temperature as the air. The food from the restaurant is basic and over priced.

Best hotel i have stayed in a while,little expensive but worth it.

Hotel was bog standard and was located in a bad area with nothing close by

Hotel Baez was a very good value for the money. The staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The whole complex is very spacious. The fitness room could use some upgrades. The hotel is very easy to find, located on the main highway entering into Paraiso. There were a few dogs barking on adjacent properties but that cannot be held against the hotel itself. The wifi connection was a little iffy.

The hotel is not the close to the centro part of town, nothing really close by for restaurants, they have a bar and restaurant on site which is good, parking is good, pool area very nice, rooms are large almost resort feeling in hotel. Breakfast was included will make omelet to order

Un problema muy serio los 2 días de estancia en el hotel cuandosale de la alberca a las 6 de la tarde NO HAY AGUA CALIENTE EN LA REGADERA DE LA HABITACIÓN, el personal no lo resuelve e indican que no hay nadie que pueda atender de la gerencia, no es comentario es solicitar que arreglen este problema ya que hay niños y se pueden enfermar por salir de agua de alberca y meterse a bañar con agua FRÍA
