Staff very polite and accommodating. Comfort and clean room. Safe deposit not functioning, other than that and for the price that I've paid, totally value for money.

The hotel is close to central KL, so it's easy to get anywhere, thank you.

The room is good with big space and nice bed. But I got a room without window and it smell of smoked. I call room service ask them to bring airfreshener but they not come to my room. My advice is, please make sure the room always in a good air. Blower the air in the room so that the next customer can feel comfortable.

the hotel is clean, comfortable, some the the location is in quite place with a lot shop and kampung restaurant and near with public transport

Always water problems. even if you want to leave if you are even faster, you have to take a shower in another toilet. And lack of accurate information about the elevator can not be used on the ground. Two days here are not satisfying.

this hotel is not good ... me and my friend "I stay there is no water until 2 days. can not take a shower and puph. because I ordered it so I complained abis". stay 5 nights but the room is only cleaned for 2 days. it's really bad at home.

The air conditioner was not cold and the location was uncomfortable and the room smelled.

There is some problem with the water supply in the bathroom where there is no water till 10 pm and the pressure of water was also slow after it resume, there is no electric kettle provided, room was small and there is disturb on noise of ceramic cutting and also air cond.

Extremely bad service from the staff as well the management.. not professional at all in handling situations nor to take responsibility for the issue at their end.. facing water supply issue and they cant provide additional drinking water as wel I had to walk to kl sentral everytime need to use toilet.. now already 4 hours...

There is no parking, no comfortable room, no small space. No ironing board, kettle is suitable for small families or private vacations who want a budget stay.

Distance from the central KL is quite close to walking, room spacious, large TV, friendly staff. Around lined hotels that sell ranging from Indian cuisine to Indonesia, there are also, very recommended especially cheap. Thanks Traveloka and Royce.

Spacious room size for single room, bed room and bath room were both clean, facilities were fine although the AC in my room was quite inconvenience because it is zipping automatically, but overall I love staying at this hotel. The location is quite strategic near to the KL Sentral and within the walking distance. The receptionist all is so friendly.

Not in accordance with the offer, TV interference, AC noise, bathtubs cannot be used.

Anyway, it is not recommended in my opinion, when it was still morning and I was still sleeping it was very noisy like another pair of ceramics because of the sound of ceramic cutting.

The location of the hotel is about 1 km from Nu central, and 800 meters from the Tun Sambanthan monorail station, accessible by foot. Around the hotel there are many Muslim Indian cuisine traders. for me it tastes good. For the room, it's clean enough. free drinking water is provided. There is a refrigerator, water heater, iron and ironing table, the bathroom is also clean. For TV programs only local broadcasts. Deposit RM100 without additional tax.

Not expensive Convenient in the center of the city.
