Rooms are okay, staff are okay, location is close to the city center.

The hotel is very nice and close to the city center, just a short walk to BSB. The hotel's atmosphere is clean and pleasant.

The place is nice and spacious. It's a shame the soap dispenser was broken and not replaced even though we informed the receptionist.

I've stayed at Zurich many times. It's close to everything, located in the city center, clean, with friendly service and a reasonable price. Hopefully, it will continue to improve.

The view is great, the room is quiet, without any noise, parking is still not spacious enough, max 20 cars only, fitness/gym equipment needs to be added, overall satisfactory.

Fun staying for 2 days through the application. The check-in process is fast and there is a deposit of 100 thousand which will be returned at check out. The quality of the room is quite spacious and clean and there is a mini fridge and the AC is quite cold but unfortunately the sink and bathtub are not well maintained, the condition is cracked in room 407, please fix it immediately. The breakfast menu is quite varied and the taste is also good, it suits our taste. The hotel parking is also quite spacious. Affordable prices and close to the BSB mall.

The most enjoyable thing is because we were given checkout time until 1 pm after Dzuhur prayer. Thank you.
