Clean hotel, clean rooms, lots of variety of breakfast, delicious, strategic area near the city and airport

The facilities, cleanliness, and friendly service were satisfactory and the food we ordered at the hotel restaurant was delicious and cheap.

During the stay it was comfortable but for feathered bed sheets, if they are feathered it is better not to use them again so there is no need to ask for a replacement.

Of the several hotels I have stayed in, this hotel feels very comfortable like home and the breakfast menu is varied and very extensive.

It's a shame the shower doesn't work and the bathtub can't hold any water.

Friendly staff, nice place, okay facilities, lots of breakfast choices, but why is it that most of the bottled water in hotels in Balikpapan is always refillable? Because at Royal, they also refill water, and until now I'm still looking for the answer (besides saving money, right?)
