Hotel was very clean. I particularly like the hard surface floors as opposed to carpet. Location was great.

I reserved 2 queen beds room and they provided 1 king bed room

Friendly greeting by front desk staff. Checked us in quickly. Lobby and common areas clean. Great dining options within 5 minute walk. Room was clean and comfortable.

The property is very convenient to all things Pittsburgh. We were in for the George Strait concert and walked about a mile to the stadium.

Front desk staff was fantastic, from check in to check out. Very personable and accommodating. Location was good, walking distance to restaurants, great location to walk to the sports arenas. food at The Revel (restaurant in the hotel) was decent but the bartending staff (multiple people) were openly rude and condescending.

The hotel was clean and quiet. It’s centrally located at Market Square (with is currently being renovated) so there are many dining and shopping options. Only downside, and this is not on the hotel, there is a self-parking garage next to the hotel. The price is advertised as $40/day. However, the independent garage has changed its pricing and is doing some funny math. Your 24 hrs resets at 4am and then you’re charged the original $40 plus increments of $10 per hour. So, it’s probably cheaper to valet park with the hotel ($50/day).

Good location

Everything was great except the one working elevator broke on our first night. We had to walk down 9 flights of stairs. The staff was very helpful and let us use the freight elevator to go up.

Very clean. 24/7 front desk. Great location to walk to multiple restaurants, some with live entertainment.

Had a really pleasant stay here. I love how spacious and clean my room was. Location wasn’t too bad. Close to the bus stop that takes you to the airport and not too far a walk from PPG Paints Arena where I went to a couple of concerts. So it was very convenient for me. My only issue was that only one of the 2 elevators was working. Fortunately the elevator wait wasn’t too long. Other than that I feel everything else was fine. Would stay here again.

The only problem we had was there was only one working elevator on a weekend. We were in town for a concert and it made for extended wait times.

Really nice hotel. The location was perfect , a 15 minute walk to PPG Paints Arena. I was in town for 2 Pearl Jam concerts.
