Overall ok, quite nice beach and see access, but wi fi is unstable, no wall sockets next to bed and not enough in the room. Food quality lowered compared to 3 years ago.

The room we were initially given was dirty (spiders, dead roaches) and noisy (next to a busy road). Also, when we made the initial reservation, they said the room was for one person are gonna , though that restriction was not clear on the reservation portal. When we arrived they charged is 140 extra euros to have my wife in the same room! Also, we gave two items of clothing to be laundered for 2 euros each. On check out, they charged 4 euros per item item. The food and service was otherwise great, but watch out for all the extra charges once you get there!

I highly recommended AQI Hydros Club for many reasons. The food choice is exceptional, the staff are very polite and helpful and this is from the cleaners through to management. The hotel grounds is very well designed and plenty of room for all guest. My negative comment would be the noise coming from speeding cars passing by my hotel room which was near the main road. This has no reflection on the hotel. I also feel one race of people was favoured more. I wished there was more people from Türkiye staying at this hotel.

No mini-bar in the room, only water. I felt I was mis-sold on this.

Not a Sandy beach full of rocks and stone which makes it hard to walk on the beach and get in and out of the water. Majority is old people and families, Buffet was good, drinks and beverages are too limited. Receptionist seems not friendly, waited until 3:45pm until I got checked into a room.

Was good experience. Animation crew was good. Plastic cups were bad. Entertaintment was low. Foods were many but taste was rich enough.

The hotel was amazing and especially Reception manager Bulent Gun and animator Yagiz Mert were so helpful and were brilliant.The location of the hotel ,private beach and dining options were great .

Superb. An ideal location: beach is nearby, water is pristine clear. Food is good not excellent but keep in mind it is all inclusive resort. A lot of alternatives for dine in in Kemer which is 10 minutes walk from the resort. Will come back in the future. Mid September till Late October is an ideal time to stay: kids back to school :)

I bought room from the main building. I paid little bit more for this but main building was constructions and all main building was close. They gave me the anex room. They just need to improve for alcohol drinks. It was really bad.

They resort is nice and comfortable its one of the biggest properties, every thing is easy to locate from swimming pools to restaurants and bars. But the coolest thing is the people and the staff are very friendly, i definitely recommend it

Main building is terrible. The rooms are seeing trashs and other hotels wall. There is just a few room has really good view ( see view ) but really hard to take one of those rooms. I really wanted the good room but thet did not give me the good room.

They gave me the room main building and nothing to see ( just see other hotel and stuff ). I wanted the change room and they said not available room. They offer me clup room and i had to accept. Because of the other room was really bad. I stayed a lot of 5 stars hotels and every day minibar fulled but here just first day full minibar ( cola - fanta - apple juice- water that is all ) and never bring to new one reception said. Food is good but beverage is really bad. Not gas inside the cola even. All personal is helpfully. Everywhere is clean. Do not think you will get the good room. I did everything for the good room but i could not get the good room.

Great location, good facility, amazing staff, crew and the management. But the cuisine is anything but Turkish. It simply does not taste good. The food has simply no taste. The chef de cuisine needs to to be replaced. I told this to the manager. The restaurant staff is working hard. The hotel management is great. Everyone is so friendly but all that effort is for nothing if the food sucks. The hotel is not for people who want to rest. Loud music all the way to the night is nothing but disturbance. We could it sleep not rest until late. Inform pay so much money for bad sleep. If you need to stay bring earplugs and eye over. I’d recommend for 20 some year old tourists.

I stayed at the Hydros for a couple of days for a business meeting nearby. I wouldn’t come back for holiday to be honest. The pool was nice and the beach very accessible and enjoyable: kids would be very happy with just that. The food however was so so and not really appealing to me. The room was clean enough but the bed was very uncomfortable: quite hard, with pillows too big and a very uncomfortable bed sheet. The hotel mostly caters to Russians and Ukrainians it seems (at least during the time I stayed there) and the staff has very limited command of English.

The surroundings and the hotel are fine, unfortunately the standard in the all-inclusive buffet and restaurant is not particularly good. In the last part of our stay, I would describe the buffet as directly criticizable. Many dishes were recycled from the day/days before... - directly harmful to health. Even cheap dishes like pancakes and fried eggs for breakfast were from the day before. The last 2 days we therefore chose to eat dinner at another restaurant in the city.
