Hotel is showing its age. Beds were not comfortable and the a/c unit was really loud everytime in turned on. Good enough for one night but would opt for something else next time but hard b/c this is sadly one of the top rated hotels somehow.

I thought the sheets and pillows were very soft. The bed was extremely comfortable and to room was clean.

The only place I ever stay in Smithers. The good and drinks at Brixx Brewhouse are wonderful. Brixx staff was great, too.
