Great, clean and modern hotel.

Great stay. Near shopping area and restaurants. Better than staying at hotel in downtown Edmonton.

The only reason I would give this a 4 star overall instead of 5 is that there was noise in the room above us after 10:00 pm that kept my kids awake. When I called to the front desk, he told me it was staff up there. The noise stopped immediately but I was surprised that staff wouldn't be more aware... Overall, I do highly recommend and I will book there again.

Our room was clean, the front staff really tried to use my name when I saw them. Breakfast was great but the waffle batter ran out quickly. Parking was excellent

Enjoy breakfast each time we visit. Hot tub is good. Rooms need a little attention as they are starting to show wear and tear.

All staff very courteous and helpful. I asked why the lighting was so low (dim) in the room, they accommodated me by bringing in an extra light fixture. Breakfast brunch included, lots of delicious options but no plant based protein and no plant milks available for coffee or cereals.

Was good stay. They were renovating our floor entirely for wallpaper and had workers and stuff everywhere. Polite and nice but for over $300 was disappointing in that regard. Rooms not blackout or sound proof.

Great stay. Good breakfast however if you are just having hot water it sometimes tastes like coffee. Designated urns just for water would help alleviate this. A refresh on the pillows would be good too. You really need 2 pillows on top of one another to get a decent sleep. Overall would recommend this hotel for a stay in Sherwood Park.

It was all great but the jacuzzi tub was very disappointing.

Wonderfully well maintained & very clean

This hotel is lovely. I loved the details. From your name on the screen when you arrived, the photographs on each door to someone texting you to ensure you had everything. The beds are really comfy, the breakfast was lovely in the mornings and the pool was great for our family. We will be back! 10/10 recommend.

$75.00 pet fee for one night. Don’t stay at this hotel chain unless you want to get ripped off.

Lake view was nice. Main turn off was from the outside you could see they had converted one room into a junk room. Surprised a hotel with this name brand would let something like this pass.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff friendly. The whirlpool was great. Breakfast was disappointing for the lack of dairy free options.
