The room has a small fridge and this had not been cleaned / fumigated from a previous guest and absolutely stank of raw fish making the time spent in the room feel disgusting. We left much earlier than planned as it was so bad.

Fantastic room, staff and the breakfast! Arrived at 5.30am from ferry. Parking free, automatic check-in (easy), room good size, shower was strong and breakfast was surprisingly Very good

We booked here on the way to see family. When we arrived everuthing was shut so had to use a computer to get our key code, which kept freezing. Finally at our room, the room is fine but basic. But then we realise their is only 1 pillow each and the beds are rock hard so we didn't sleep. Got up early and went.

Very comfortable room, lovely staff member at the front desk. My kids loved the loft.

Good stay with family !

New hotel with clean rooms. Rooms are small, and it’s hard to find enough room for baggage. However, we liked the loft which meant both kids got their own twin bed.

We have stayed in a few B&B Hotels in France and have found them to be great, including the Poitiers Aéroport hotel a couple of weeks earlier. Similarly the hotel in Alencon Nord was also great. However, the Dieppe hotel was a disappointment. The safety lock for the gate to the balcony was broken (top of very steep stairs within the room), the bathroom was damp, there were exposed wires in the balcony bedroom. Not what I’ve come to expect.

The fridge in the room was unplugged and no place to plug it in. The bathroom had a fan that was at eye level and coated in dust. Ok room. Very tight to move around but the beds are the hardest bed ive ever slep on and I travel quite a lot . 18 hotels booked on this trip 2 have been B&B and i think they bought the hardeat matresses known to man in bulk .

dreadful checkin - the machine was ‘off’ and it took over half an hour to get room number and code. we were stuck n the dark, in the rain and it was not a pleasant experience

The reception closes at 2130. We arrived at 2140. To check in we had to enter a code into an automatic check-in machine. Unfortunately, our code was not recognised. There were no staff on site but there was an intercom to contact a remote call centre. Sadly, this was very hit and miss, being cut off several times. It took 40 minutes to get through to an agent who gave us a new check in code. Having successfully checked in, the door wouldn't unlock until we had paid 2 Euro city tax via a credit card terminal. We tried 4 different cards and the terminal wouldn't read any of them. Another 20 minutes trying to get through to customer services eventually solved the problem. The room was disappointing. It seems cleanliness isn't their top priority. Dusty pipes, sticky taps and floors welcomed us. I very much doubt that we would stay at a hotel in the B&B chain again but, if we did, we would certainly make sure to arrive whilst staff were on site. As a positive, breakfast was good. Continental and cooked offerings.

Good hôtel. Price good. Just in breakfast not many things . Everything finish. Croissant pain au chocolat.

Shame about the burning smell either a bond fire or coffee roasting and lights on all night outside your room

The property was very basic ,just OK for an overnight stay, best room feature; the shower! The location of the property is quite convenient and there was adequate parking spaces easily accessible.

I know French budget hotels are always on an industrial estate but this one was quite bad. It is also a robot hotel so you have to key various codes into a large screen outside the hotel before you get a code which will let you into your cell, errr I mean room. The breakfast room was too small and the breakfast wasn't worth paying for. Overall, this motel seemed more like cheap halls of residence in an inner city polytechnic.
