Good service, central location for food, friendly service.

Dịch vụ siêu kém, đã ở 2 lần, nhân viên sảnh thái độ không tốt. Lần trước book phòng 7 triệu, lần này book 10 triệu vẫn không có một trải nghiệm vui vẻ mấy.

Nhân viên bellman thân thiện. 2 bạn nam lễ tân C/I C/O chỉnh chu, chuyên nghiệp .

The hotel is in the post-pandemic period so there are not many guests, the buffet breakfast is not attractive because it is served at the table, the number of dishes is limited, the cooking is not very good. The room quality is good, the interior is beautiful, the city view. Seeing the bustling Thanh Nien Cultural House preparing for Tet also makes me feel excited. The service staff is cheerful and professional. Worth the experience.

Friendly staff, dedicated customer service

The room is small but very well designed. The window is huge so the room is well lit. The bed is also comfortable and positioned facing the window, which is nice. The TV hangs overhead so it doesn't block the view from the window. I love the little touch like the flower origami in the toilet. Overall the room has got flair and is very tasteful. Breakfast is decent as well. Location is super central, only 10+ mins walking distance from Ben Thanh Market.

A luxurious experience with wonderful and creative food. Everyone willing to assist you to the fullest even they are busy with many guests. Highly recommend. Try out the afternoon buffet, it was excellent.
