The pimp and hooker on the second level walkway should have told me everything. The room had an adjoining door that was completely hollow and a 3 inch gap at the bottom. It was lovely listening to the girl next door scream from 12:30 am to 4:00 am about getting pounded harder. The front desk was no help, nor did they allow me to move to another room. The next morning, the staff was as friendly as they cared to be. Helpful like a corpse in a chair listening to your problems. I would choose a night at a homeless shelter before staying at this hookertel again. Who knows. This could be your kind of scene.

The place smelled musty and dirty. We found a dirty diaper under the Cooler. The air was off so it smelled hot, musty and like a dirty diaper.

It wasn’t very clean. There was back mold on the bathroom door. There was 2 adults and 4 kids. There was only 2 towels. The sheets weren’t very soft at all. Burn holes on the blanket, the key wouldn’t work.

Reasonably clean. Very nice staff and got a good nights sleep.

Great property for the price!

The room was sufficiently nice. The only issue I had was that we had three people, but only two sets of towels. I picked up a third towel in the morning, but house cleaning removed it while I was out, so once again, I only had two sets of towels the following morning.

Pretty good stay. Hotel was kind of far from main attractions in Huntsville area. On the outside it doesnt look very inviting. But the room was mostly clean and good for a 1 nights stay.

Easy check in. Great place to stop for the night when traveling. Limited conveniences with basic room. And not much in the way if drinks from the machine aside from soda

Older facility. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was very minimal

The motel is near the airport which is why we chose it. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The bedroom was big. The bathroom quite small. Bed was comfortable.

Economical, convenient for our visit.

Love the uncarpeted flooring. Very nice and clean. Need to add boxed tissue to the room and USB charging lamps.

The room smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. There was mold around the window and in the shower.

Myself, my husband, and my son were traveling home from Panama City Beach to Chicago. We reserved this room as one of our stop overs. I clearly stated that we were traveling with a child in a wheelchair and needed a ground floor room near a handicap parking space. Upon arrival, I had to stand in a pre-lobby area and speak with the clerk through a window, rather than entering the actual lobby. First, it was freezing in this room. You would think they would want their customers to be comfortable. I had to argue for over 1/2 an hour with this gentleman over the room/parking we needed, and he kept telling me he couldn't give me the room we saw with a handicap spot right in front of the door. He was unable to give a clear reason, other than he couldn't move us from one he assigned us. So, if I walked in and there was a rat on my bed, he couldn't change our room? We ended up in a room on the ground floor, but quite a distance from where we had to park. The room was fine, typical Red Roof Inn. Overall clean, but the tub was quite nasty. In morning upon checking out, someone with a clue was able to tell me that the entire side where the room we requested had no water. If the gentleman the night before had just said that, could have avoided a great deal of aggravation. This entire encounter soured our experience with this particular hotel.

It was definitely not the cleanest, bathroom walls were so filthy you could see hand and feet prints. Othereise you get what you pay for. I wish they had vending machines that took card too

Well the rooms was very awful. The water in the shower never stayed warm. Then we booked an extra night through the app again and then went and told them. They said it was fine, everything was good. But we left to eat, and our card had been turned off. So then we get that situated and he then tells me bc I booked a cheaper room. So I showed him the app. And it was honestly his mistake. He gave me the crappy room when I paid for the upgraded room
