This property is disgusting. It was so noisy, we had to find another place to sleep for our second night. Couches, chairs, floors stained. Couldn’t shower - no hot water. Seriously, this place needs to be remodeled.

Decent and affordable Within walking distance to most things

Lady at reception very rude and not helpful.Our last stay was much more pleasant. Location is good and close to all. Shower was not hot just warm.

The hotel room was infested with cockroaches. The A/C wasn’t working and we didnt get notified about it prior it was out for almost 3 weeks already.

Cockroaches everywhere; hot water didn't work, mold on the ceilings. This was my second stay here; the first was okay, since there was hot water and no cockroaches. This time, it was genuinely horrible. The hotel smelled dank, and the lack of hot water was terrible.

I stayed for one night and it was an easy check in process. A little loud outside but that’s a given for being in the city. Which is also a plus because everything is nearby like dining options, shopping, and the beach.

It’s an old hotel with no real running hot water, but the rooms were nice and cool. Although old, it’s in a great location, has valet, decent prices, and the staff were very friendly.

This is an old hotel dead center of Waikiki almost across from the International Market. Pictures are deceiving. It is run down but in overly priced Honolulu?? Staff were great and friendly. No problems there! We arrived 3 nights early for a cruise. Air-conditioning was broken. We were sleeping in a sauna. They did at least remove the "Amenity Fee" but should have been more. We met people who had been there 5 days without AC. Open windows didn't help. AC came on as we were booking out. As for amenities, beyond Internet??? Never saw anyone in the pool. $30+!!! For what? Next time, I'll stay further out and take the 20 or 42 bus to get downtown. I cannot recommend this hotel.

We were told upon arrival that the A/C on the entire building broke down days before. They gave us a small fan which didn’t do much. They never replenished our room with toiletries in the 5 days of our stay. Our sheets were hardly changed and the room itself was just old and dirty.

The location was excellent for walking to food options or the beach. However, parking was difficult, there is only valet available and no driveway or parking while checking in. The room was dirty there was hair in the shower drain and paint peeling.

This place shouldn't be listed on Expedia. It's run down, old and gross. Carpets in bathrooms, stains on curtains and carpets and sheets. Air conditionders are purposely limited to save hotel money and room was always warm with warmer weather. Similarly the shower water was cold in the evenings and barely luke warm in morning. I'm really surprised Expedia present this hotel as an option. Spend an extra $100 for your dignity and comfort and stay somewhere else.

Great deal but you pay the price by not having the comfort you expect traveling. Perk- pet friendly but they still tried to charge me for service dog.

It was straight out of a nightmare. from the traffic to get to it, took half an hour to go 1 block due to the Spam Jam, to the "parking" that is really only valet and hard find and to get into, a very tight ramp. The cockroaches were everywhere even during the day. They came in and sprayed te cockroaches, even on the dishes and left. Only for more to crawl out from under the bed... And bedbugs? Yes they have those to. As we were trying to take a picture of the bedbug, another cockroach crawled across the bed! We asked for another room and was told it was completey full. We left and spent the night in our car, myself, husband and 3 kids! Would not send my worst enemy there. Asked for my money back and was told i had to go through hotels.com but that they would not dispute it. Found out today hotels.com said they will not refund the money. Absolutely unacceptable. And for hotels.com to allow this? I have stayed in many hotels...and this is by far the worst! I have never had to leave a hotel and sleep in my car before. I live in the country and am comfortable with bugs...but not cockroaches and bedbugs in my bed! I would post pictures but it will not let me add them.
