Sink stopped was not repaired frige was not cold

I didn't get the opportunity to stay. I booked a room in advance. When my husband and I arrived we went straight to our room. We opened the door and immediately smelled a strong odor of what I assumed was cleaning supplies.The reason for our departure was due to the loud noise of the air conditioner fan. I went down to the front desk and reported the problem and was told they would send someone up to check it, if the problem couldn't be fixed they would move us to a different room. We went back to our roo and waited as we sat talking not disturbing or touching anything in case they moved us. After 40 minutes I called down to the front desk and explained the situation to a different women who was now checking people in. I was told that the maintenance man was at a funeral and would arrive shortly. I asked to be put in a different roomand was told there were no more rooms available. We couldn't possibly sleep or stay in the room with this constant noisy fan so we had no choice but to check out. We felt that we were treated poorly and I felt as ifI was in the wrong. I received no apologies. I will never stay at this Hotel period!!

From the check-in to the check out, it was a great weekend. The only thing that I would say is the AC units needs to be maintained as the one in my room was very loud and made an awful noise whenever it came on. Other than that, it was a great stay!

We were there for softball tournamne

Overall, my stay was great until a slip and fall accident in the lobby. There was no sign to indicate if the floor was wet or not. The front desk clerk was very helpful and responsive as well as other staff members on the day of the incident. After leaving the hotel and seeking medical attention, my contact with the staff was limited as if they didn’t care if I was hurt from the slip and fall. They didn’t offer any kind of remedy or care or concern since I was no longer on the property. The general manager seems to not understand what it means to have customer service and be courteous to people. I still will recommend someone to stay at the property because my stay was great until the slip and fall incident.

We came out in the morning to get in the car and people were getting high in the parking lot . Not good for small kids to be around. The pool was nasty . We stayed there 2 years ago and it was very nice . But next time we will be looking for different accommodations . Not family oriented.

Ty was amazing. The system was down when I first arrived, and the wrong driver info was entered in by a computer glitch, and she straightened everything out. Great stay overall. Nice room and comfortable bed. Departed before breakfast. Will stay again

Every staff member that I encountered was nice, helpful, and friendly. The room was top tier. It was a very peaceful, stress-free stay.

Our stay was good as usual. The staff is awesome. The room was decent and housekeeping news very nice and helpful. We really enjoy staying there.

Generally have a great stay here, but this time tbe pool was dirty and the shower in our bathroom was dirty. Staff was very kind.

This hotel was in a good area but when arrived had to wait 20 minutes to get checked in and this was handed the key on the 4th floor and told the elevator was out should have been told before I would have gone somewhere else.
