Overall, my stay was great until a slip and fall accident in the lobby. There was no sign to indicate if the floor was wet or not. The front desk clerk was very helpful and responsive as well as other staff members on the day of the incident. After leaving the hotel and seeking medical attention, my contact with the staff was limited as if they didn’t care if I was hurt from the slip and fall. They didn’t offer any kind of remedy or care or concern since I was no longer on the property. The general manager seems to not understand what it means to have customer service and be courteous to people. I still will recommend someone to stay at the property because my stay was great until the slip and fall incident.
