The bathroom needs a serious update. The bathtub shower head was not working and the whole toilet/shower stall arrangement was awkward. When a person showers, other people were not able to use the toilet. The bathroom is the reason for the two star rating.

Great location for a short stay and you want to visit Luodong Night Market in the evening.

No Porter service despite high hotel rates. No baby chair in breakfast restaurant and seats are limited. They provide loccitane toiletries but only one miniature set for quadruple room. Switch circuit for lights did not work once. Electricity shutdown halfway during bath. Feel more like lovers hotel than business hotel.

I have stayed at four different hotels in Luodong. In my opinion, Kapok Hotel is the best hotel in the area. Just don't expect any of the hotels in luodong to be a 4 or 5 stars hotel. You won't find any. For a small town like Luodong, Kapok hotel is actually quite nice. When I arrived, I was thinking I might need to park my car at the remote parking garage, but to my surprise, they have a small underground parking that will fit a few cars. The hotel did their best to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was decent and it was a comfortable stay overall. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is not looking to stay at a B&B and wanted to stay at a comfortable hotel in Luodong.

- Near night market, which closed around 12-2am - Walkable distant, around 10 mins away from train and bus station - Staffs are pleasant and willing to response immediately - Suggest only for couple or really close friend because the bathroom was separated only by clear glass - Shower not powerful. Water leaking along the hose. - Room was not ready when we enter the room. But they upgrade our room on the 2nd day. - Control panel is not working. Light couldn't switch off at night.

Convenient for walking around Ximending

Room could have been much better. Wires hanging out of the wall. Lights in wall punched through and could never get the lights to turn off. Bathroom / shower is awkward If the hotel just spent a little extra time to dial it in it would be a great place. They are fumbling the ball in the superbowl at the 10 yard line.

walking distance to the night market. Nice staff and nice breakfast. But the facilities are old and some head light is not working.

Very convenient location next to the night market, but very quiet at night. The room size is larger than the others around. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, really recommend this to all.

有個小書桌，不過只有個板凳，若是有靠背的椅子就更好了

旅館人員服務態度很好，有問題很迅速對應、協助解決；旅館地點就在夜市旁，方便之餘免不了較為吵雜；面對馬路的房間有大片落地窗，採光不錯但窗簾無法遮光，早上很容易被陽光叫醒；另外，房間隔音不太好，住宿當晚隔壁房的沒水準房客從晚上12點後持續大聲聊天喧鬧到將近凌晨3點，聲音大到可以清晰聽見聊天內容，已請旅館人員處理但可能那些沒水準房客沒有理會，睡眠品質很差。

清潔度尚可、房間蠻大的！早餐選擇少～離羅東夜市近～

房間電視很難用遙控器感應，然後早上大概9：30，房務人員竟然敲門幾下就要開門進來了

離夜市很近，有停車位但不多，早餐已改成套餐的型態。

飯店前枱服務人員有禮, 樂於幫忙。 但房間清潔度有點差.... 浴室不是乾濕分離, 浴缸沒有浴簾阻隔, 洗澡時的水會跑到外邊, 導致半個浴室都是濕的 但地理位置很好, 傍邊就是羅東夜市

入住登記不流暢，接待人員一直處理來電，另一員也無法支援，導致一直被中斷。 房間整潔寬敞，床很舒適，離夜市近。硬體設備很好，人員服務親切，解決入住登記中斷問題就更棒了。
