The standard room sucks, it's still comfortable sleeping in the hospital. Room full of dust, stained spray, torn curtains.

I got an old room, checked in for up to 2 hours, only 1 elevator and it was slow, sometimes there were errors.

Not clean, toilet 1 light off, scary.

Ask for a room in one room, 2 rooms in a strange room, the air conditioner is hot

Please close the drain in the bathroom to make it tidier. Thank you

Air panas di kamar ga fungsi sama sekali. Ketika hendak menanyakan ke resepsionis, telpon ga fungsi. Terpaksa turun ke bawah. Jawaban yang diberikan oleh front desk apa? Saya ga tau kamar mana aja yang ga fungsi air panasnya. Dah gitu aja ga ada solusi.
