Everything is just so-so, for breakfast choices is very few.

It was TERRIBLE, FLEASED, and there was no responsibility at all. Even though the room was dirty and infested with fleas, I still CAN'T ASK FOR A REFUND. So be careful. Or maybe I was unlucky enough to get a room with fleas, the staff at check-in were very annoying. The room's AC wasn't cold at all, even though it was already 16 degrees, the bathroom was very dirty and yellow. This is the first time I stayed here, and will be the last time. There is no next time

It is said to be quite spacious and comfortable... with culinary delights on MT Haryono Street... and close to the airport...

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, but some of the hotel facilities need renovation. The sink is leaking, the rooftop needs cleaning and repainting. The hot water is only on in the morning.

The hotel staff were all friendly. A deposit of 100,000 Rupiah was required. The room was quite spacious. The AC wasn't cold enough, but since I only realized it was late at night, I was too tired to complain.

The AC is hot, the bathroom is not very clean, there are cracks in the bathroom floor which is very dangerous. Breakfast is finished and not added, compared to the price and the existing conditions, it is highly not recommended.

The room is big but it's a bit stuffy and the elevator smells, but everything else is fine.

Actually, Best Inn is quite good, but unfortunately, during breakfast, if it's after 8/9 o'clock, the food runs out, spoons and forks plus plates run out, drinks run out, they don't get refilled, is it because breakfast is about to finish or what, but for comfort and cleanliness, it's good.. the only thing lacking is the restaurant during breakfast..

The hotel location is strategic, cheap, but when I wanted to take a shower in the morning the water was slow to flow. The room was on the 5th floor, the staff said it could be like that because it was shared with others 😁
