Very friendly and helpful staff

Our most memorable stay in Morocco. The property is absolutely stunning and the hosting was impeccable. Very convenient location as well. Highly recommend

The Staff an the owner are very attentive, the Riad is a beautiful place. Siham, help us booking some tours and transfer pick ups along with information about Fes. I have one observation: a couple of suitcase stands will be very helpful.

Amazing place to stay. Wonderful staff and a beautiful Riad. Hotel staff set us up with a fantastic tour guide for a very good price. They also had great restaurant recommendations. Riad Mazar made our stay in Fes the highlight of our trip.

This hotel was wonderful - beautiful inside, clean and comfortable and the breakfasts were great. The staff was friendly and helpful and Siham was extremely helpful with tours and find a vehicle and driver for us to go from Fes to desert to Marrakech.

Great Moroccan decor and ambiance

Mazar is a wonderful Riad. It’s stunning inside, with clean and comfortable beds. The staff is fantastic: warm hospitality, expert recommendations, and delicious breakfast. The Riad is at the edge of the Medina, so it’s close to the windy madness of the shouks but close to taxis and transport to other parts of Fez. Would absolutely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Mazar in Fes. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us with our bags to and from the taxi, which was such a thoughtful touch. The building itself is absolutely stunning and has been beautifully renovated. Our room was spacious and elegantly decorated, making it a lovely retreat after exploring. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast – everything was homemade and traditional, truly a feast to start the day. It’s the perfect spot to unwind from the hustle and bustle of Fes’s lively medina. Highly recommended!

The property was gorgeous, from the architecture to the furnishings and artwork. The staff were very friendly and professional. We started our visit with a traditional mint tea as we were oriented us to the riad and area. Someone was always present to greet us at the door as we came and went. The breakfasts were fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!

Great stay! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They helped with tours, airport shuttle at 4:30 in the morning, and even lent us an adapter as we left ours in a previous Riad. Although they don’t have a full restaurant, they do provide a lovely breakfast. Would recommend!

This property is amazing! It’s the nicest riad we stayed at in any city in Morocco. The place is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff was great to deal with from providing more accurate directions than google was giving us to booking last minute Hammam/spa reservations for us. We could not have had a better experience.

In a lifetime of traveling, this was a truly standout experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and makes you feel transported to a magical time. The service is next level. Siham and the rest of the staff care deeply about their city and your experience and will connect you with the absolute best guides (with a discount). Hussaini knows the city better than anyone and will show you the religious sites and you will feel like old friends with the local craftsman that you meet like him. There are many amazing options outside the city, but if you want to see the beauty of the Middle Atlas Mountains, Hassan is your man. Yacine is another amazing staff member who procured me a large bag to bring back everything that I had bought, including a gorgeous traditional Berber carpet and Tagine made in front of my eyes. I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. Stay here for the experience of a lifetime through customer service that you won’t find anywhere else.

EVERYthing about this property was perfect! The staff was amazing and so friendly and helpful The space is absolutely beautiful with gorgeous vintage carvings and art work. The atmosphere is so relaxing and everyone made us feel like we were cherished guests. The breakfast was beautiful and delicious. We will definitely stay here again. Even though it is located in the Medina, there is easy access with a car or taxi.

Nice ambiant … staff are very friendly and provide excellent services. Assisted me in getting a local guide as well as booking of early morning taxi to the airport.

This is the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in in all my years of traveling. (I don’t stay at 5 star Four Seasons type places fyi) It is absolutely beautiful (please see pictures) Service, especially SIham, was exceptional. The breakfasts served in the gorgeous courtyard were great. It is easily located to the medina and walking distance to the main tourist sites in old Fez. The beds we’re comfortable, and the rooms gorgeous. Daily housekeeping. Highly highly recommend staying here.
