Everything was great! Room, location, staff, everything. The only one thing to keep in mind is the location is on a busy street so there will be some street noise. However, it didn't impact our sleep and the hotel provided earplugs in the room (were there without asking when we arrived). We did not even have to use the earplugs but one night I almost put them in. Would highly recommend

Very friendly staff who made the experience seamless and very pleasant. The room was of good size, clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast wasn't hurried and was varied and fresh. We only stayed for one night but I would definitely return.

a clean solid middle-class hotel with an outstanding, and very friendly and helpful staff and owner. the picture on their website is not of the hotel but of a nearby attraction. the hotel is located in a building shared by many small hotels who each may have a room or more on a floor or more. there is a good elevator. breakfast is fine and the melon was the best i have had in a long time.

I've stayed in a lot of old and run down little hotels across Sicily as I like to avoid big chains. And they've been fine, but this was a significant step up in being modern and up to date. The room was stylish and comfortable, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety. My best accommodation of the trip, highly recommend.

Excellent hotel great customer service

This is an amazing property!! The rooms are Morden with all amenities you require. The staff are super friendly and they have a decent breakfast. The location is central and you can walk to all the sights. If you are bringing a car there is street parking but you have to be patient for them. There is also a multi storey but it just costs more. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone to stay.

Ok to stop for a night for us on way to Taormina. We wanted to visit Palermo to get a sense of it (knowing one day wasn't really enough) Staff was good and helpful getting us settled in. Breakfast was good. I would not stay again but most likely will not visit Palermo again either.

The uniqueness of this property is its staff. In my many trips I have never found a team such cohesive, attentive and kind. Everything else was also outstanding and the location could not be better.
