Staff super friendly, arranged transfer early on morning of checkout. Room was noisier than anticipated from cars on roads outside which explains the provided ear plugs on the bedside cabinet. Photo of hotel on website a little misleading but was clean and well located

I’ve traveled to 14 countries and I have to say that this hotel had some of the best service ever. From the moment we walked in we were immediately greeted by the team. They took the time to explain to us amenities of the local area including “must see” and dining options. I cant stress enough that this was a great, conveniently located hotel which the best service ever.

The hotel is 1 block away from all the action and a 3 minute walk to the bus to the Palermo Airport. If you are going on a Cruise, the hotel is a few blocks away so you can actually walk with your luggage. No need for a taxi

The location is great. Very walkable to old town. The rooms are simple, but comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff are extremely pleasant. Highly recommend Hotel Alma.

A convenient hotel with a spacious and pleasant room near the old town part of Palermo. The person on reception was enthusiastic and full of good advice for our stay.

Enjoyed this hotel. Good location. Could walk to everything we were interested in. Didn’t have a car here.good restaurants early.

Needed an overnight stay before traveling to the airport in Palermo. We were able to do a little sightseeing, have dinner, walk around Palermo and get out to the airport by taxi easily.

It was a very nice boutique style hotel. The front desk and all the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Everything we did was within walking distance. It's in a great area of Palermo.

The staff get 5 out 5 from making the reservation and arranging a driver to check out. Very clean, great location.

I have stayed in many hotels but it is rare to come across such delightful staff. Endlessly smiling and helpful Hotel is small and just outside the so called old city. No street noise at all and easy to walk everywhere. Easy walk (20 minutes) to the station for trains to Cefalù Rooms spacious, bathroom a bit small but shower excellent Breakfast very tasty, particularly if one likes cakes etc in the morning I would definitely recommend it to others

Staff were excellent, especially Francesco and Michele at Reception and all the Breakfast gals. Bed was good, shower excellent, very clean! Walking distance to lots of attractions, shopping and dining. Would recommend.

Everything was great! Room, location, staff, everything. The only one thing to keep in mind is the location is on a busy street so there will be some street noise. However, it didn't impact our sleep and the hotel provided earplugs in the room (were there without asking when we arrived). We did not even have to use the earplugs but one night I almost put them in. Would highly recommend

Very friendly staff who made the experience seamless and very pleasant. The room was of good size, clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast wasn't hurried and was varied and fresh. We only stayed for one night but I would definitely return.
