Excellent hotel with very friendly staff.

Hotel was located well, but difficult access to main entrance. Our room was very small. Food was not good at all.

Perfect hotel

Everything was just excellent, staff are amazing and food is very delicious and location is perfect. The best hotel i ever stayed. Thanks for the management too, both the guest manager and food managers are very kind and helpul

The hotel was one of the better hotels on the beach strip. The staff was nice but didn’t speak much English. They had a lovely pool but it’s in the middle of the hotel and most people went to the beach to tan and swim. The amenities were horrible though. There was no toilet paper in our room, and no towels and the soap dispenser was broken so there was soap all over the floor of the shower. The food was good and had choices but it was similar each day, and they weren't all inclusive and closed at certain hours, so we only ended up eating one meal in 3 days and went out and paid for meals. There was also a line up since the staff served you (maybe due to covid) but they didn’t speak English. That was hard. The location is wonderful but we were disappointed with the price value. It was definitely not worth the price. Some Drinks are included though, but we don’t drink alcohol. We had a partial beach view, but couldn’t see the beach at all. Nonetheless, the location helped. Soooo I give it it a 3.5/5.

I would like to share my review of the Poseidon Hotel, in which we spent a wonderful 2 weeks of our vacation. I want to note that this is the only one hotel of all where we stayed before, in which we liked absolutely everything! Believe me, this is the hotel that deserves not 4, but 5 stars! The first thing about which I express my delight is our room! We lived in a spacious room with a gorgeous view of the sea and a large balcony. Next, at what I would like to make the special attention - this is a food. It was always very tasty and varied! There were a lot of different snacks, desserts, fish, meat and vegetables. I would also like to highlight the gratitude of the hotel staff. Absolutely all departments were always friendly and helpful. But I want to give the most attention to the receptionists, especially for Onur, Mehmet and Ipek, who throughout our vacation helped us in all questions, advice, requests and always solved various situations. These are the employees who truly showed their professionalism of work, for what many thanks for them! Also I want to express my gratitude to the Front Office Manager - Ersel, for all his efforts and help. In general, if you are still thinking whether to stay at this hotel or not, then definitely yes, book this hotel, it is worth it! I express my delight and gratitude to the Poseidon Hotel for a wonderful our stay! I would be happy to stay at this hotel the next time again!

Food is no good and no one speak English very poor customer services

First of all the stay was very nice of this hotel it depends to the type of room & the location , specially of you are taken the sea view ,but I have a comment of cleaner staff they are not clean well unforchnutlly.

Clean, small rooms. Air conditioning sometimes didn't work properly. Spa was great. Gym was a small but nice. Staff were mostly friendly, the two that welcomed us weren't the most helpful or friendly but not exactly rude. Good price for what you get.

Good Location which gives you access to the beach and just few minutes away from the center of the city. You are charged for almost anything extra (which is annoying) and the breakfast is not that full of different options.

In a superb location close to high end restaurants and bars but far enough from the noisy late night dance clubs and pubs

Nice cozy Hotel on the beach with good location. Small rooms and pool. food is poor with little varieties to offer.
