Our stay was fabulous, beautiful country house very clean and very comfortable room. Excellent breakfast and the hosts are fabulous. Homemade shortbread in room so good with tea and coffee facilities.

Outstanding!! I felt completely taken care of there. My food allergies usually throw a wrench into things, but Colin and Sarah put a lot of effort into making sure I had as many wonderful dishes as everyone else. The sticky toffee pudding was amazing as was the stuffed pastry dinner and delicious coleslaw. I can’t recommend this place enough. 👏👏 well done ❤️

Fantastic Experience! Colin and Sarah were wonderful hosts. The room was large and comfortable. The food was excellent, make sure to book a dinner! We needed an early start and they accommodated us with an early breakfast (also excellent food). If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This hotel is also within walking distance to the Cardhu distillery so that is a nice perc as well.

Colin and Sarah were fantastic! The room was incredibly clean, and the included breakfast was wonderful. We opted for the dinner and it was excellent as well.

Loved this country house!! Perfect location close to a wide variety of distilleries! Colin and Sarah were extremely welcoming and the food was amazing! Lovely country home!! Would definitely stay here again when visiting Scotland.

Wonderful hosts (although we did not have the benefit of meeting Sarah); Colin was very attentive. Beautiful facility and grounds! We were in the Macallan Room and would have liked to have had a fan to cool the room down somewhat.

Lovely B&B! Very convenient for distillery tours. It was so nice to sit out in the late evenings and talk to other guests. We could walk to the Cardhu distillery. Breakfast by Collin & his wife was excellent! My first taste of Haggie and black pudding, I am hooked! Our room was straightened out everyday, which was really nice!

We booked the room same day and didn’t get there until late Saturday afternoon . The owner was able to get us a dinner reservation for that night. The room was very nice and breakfast was outstanding. We highly recommend a stay here.

Beautiful country house with giant comfortable bed and suite. Breakfast was delicious, and the hosts were very helpful with information on local trip routes.

Fantastic find

The only parking on the trip that was not a pain, you would think an Volvo XC was a tank in the rest of Scotland. A little off the beaten path which we were looking for. Quiet, beautiful grounds, had a chat with the gardener and it showed that he loved his work. Not for the crowd that needs all the bells and whistles. Just a beautiful country home.

Host Colin made us feel welcome straight away and was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Guest rooms have everything you'd need for a short break, The rate included a lovely freshly cooked breakfast with plenty of choices and a homemade granola and berry compote to start with, fresh pots of coffee and toast. The House is a short 15-minute drive to a number of small towns nearby with pubs and restaurants.

Lovely old house on spacious grounds. Plenty of room for parking, nice lounge area, breakfast was delicious and great hosts.

Off the beaten path, wonderful old manor house walking distance to Cardhu distillery. Wonderful husband and wife staff provide excellent, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable support for your visit. Breakfast is wonderful and gets the day started right.
