The stay was great at the Mercure Belfort. Just a one night stopover but it was very good. Staff were very helpful and the room was lovely. Ate in the bar/restaurant connected to the hotel, this was all deck out for Halloween and was quite buzzing busy. Never the less we got a table and the food was good. We also charged the car overnight and the charger was good, perfect for overnight charge. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was excellent . Hotel was a little dated but the bed was comfortable.

Nice modern hotel just on the edge of the city centre

It was a modern, neat, and clean room. The bed was comfortable, and the room and bathroom were spacious. The space around the basin had enough room to store toiletries.

Hotel offers good value for money but is not on 4* level I think. The online fotos of the rooms and beds are clearly manipulated i.e. we booked an executive room with 2 double beds which was clearly how it looked on the Pictures but turned out it was really two single beds as they don't offer any room with 2 doubles so this was really misleading. However, the staff is very friendly and made the best out of the challenging Covid-restrictions. Room was clean and I liked the spaceous shower. City center is in walking distance which is also helpful. The breakfast restaurant was nice and we were able to eat in the inviting garden area outside.

We booked a 1 night stay en route to Switzerland and expected something similar to a UK Premier Inn so were pleasantly surprised by both the complimentary sparkling wine and the restaurant. While the latter wasn't fine dining it was, in my opinion, better than similar chain restaurants attached to hotels. It was a warm evening and we enjoyed our food in the very attractive outdoor dining area. Parking was free, plentiful and easy to access (no complicated and narrow underground garage to navigate). The spa looked nice but was unfortunately closed by the time we arrived. Staff were friendly and helpful and provided a map of Belfort centre which was about 5-10 mins walk from the hotel - a pretty small town worth a visit if you're in the area. Breakfast was a bit odd. The food available was fine but some items had run out. It was arranged rather inconveniently too - for example bread was on one side of the room and butter on the other. Not a major issue though and wouldn't prevent me recommending this hotel.

Brand-new hotel on edge of Belfort. Easy access just off main roads from Alsace. Large, free parking lot surrounds hotel. Short drive, some minutes walk to center of town. Attached, busy pub with usual menu. Skipped breakfast so can't comment. Room large, new, comfortable, with excellent bathroom. Would stay here again.

Great Hotel, excellent Breakfast, great staff. The Bar is good, food in the bar/restaurant is good quality burgers pizzas etc. not to everyone's liking but they are freshly made. Good spacious rooms with everything u need. Slight negative is the gym, small with some of the equipment needing a service. Nice sauna.

Good business hotel for the area

Nice clean and new. Staff helpful and free parking. Good breakfast and a nice restaurant at Libby with good dinner choices. 10-15 minute walk to center of town, where there are many shops and restaurant. Bed is comfortable and room has iron- iron board and refrigerator and safe. Very practical and clean.

Personnel très accueillant. Chambre confortable, propre et avec un accueil particulier pour mon petit chien. Seul bémol : la fenêtre ne s’ouvre pas entièrement et la chambre était trop chaude pour moi, même chauffage coupé
