Son is in military and was there to visit him. Conveniently close to base.

Would never stay again. Bathroom dirty, pillows gross, furniture falling apart. Took pictures but can’t seem to upload. On top of that dog fee is $100/night way out of line. Breakfast also not very good. I try to stay at Marriott properties and drove 1/2 hr out of way for this one but wished I hadn’t. Staff were nice but they can’t do much with what they have.

the staff was friendly and because of a funeral they let my wife and I check in early and that mean a lot I have stayed there every time I come to Goldsboro

The staff made my stay even better.

A young lady named Angel was very attentive and supportive to the guest, I was extremely impressed with her professional behavior.

Food very limited. Fitness room had non functioning equipment.

Most comfortable bed I’ve experienced

I booked two suites with two rooms each, and requested that they be on the same floor. However, there was a mixup in the reservation. However, I was given two king rooms side by side and one suite on another floor at no extra charge. The staff was very apologetic and accommodating. All and all the stay was very pleasant.

Anthony, the guest services desk clerk was extremely kind and courteous.

Overall positive experience

Room was nice and clean..television didn’t work it was close to midnight before a technician could fix it..two technicians came also the breakfast is not very good..frozen eggs under cooked sausages and hard biscuits

Beautiful , quiet accommodations, friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast choices.

The customer service was great! Room could’ve been a tad bit more upkept. I found a couple of insects throughout the room.

The online check in does not help at all the property is not set up to know you have checked in on line. The property needs to hurry up and get with modern times and help the customer save time @check in

Worn out room that was not very clean. Mystery stains on the furniture. Overall, below average for my expectations of a Marriott property.
