One of the great experiences I’ve been having with my family. The room was spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness was great. Staff were friendly and very welcoming. Their restaurant got Halal certification from Jakim. Highly recommended 👍

Easy check in & check out. Staff is friendly from front desk to bellboy. Hotel is located very near to many attractions in the city. Mini fridge was not working though

We got upgraded room due to the room is not ready until 3.30-ish PM and voucher to get a food/drink from the restaurant. Thank you for the kind gesture from the staffs

The location is very strategic and comfortable to stay. Had tried the breakfast which included in the stay. The food [was] not so hot, especially the nasi lemak [which] is cold. The variety is sufficient, but I think [it is] not up to 4-star hotel standards. Hope [the] hotel [will] improve.

Seepage ceiling in the bedroom. There are the small pieces of the ceiling falling to the bedsheet and the hotel need to look into it to maintain the room quality.

The best hotel and very comfortable, my kids love it! Beautiful view of the hotel.

My favorite accommodation when in Melaka.

Front office staff friendly & the bathroom is the best part, bathtub with a city view. Too bad their dining service didn't available for dinner/supper

Affordable 4-star room with great amenities and service. Good view from the room and an awesome bathtub. The pool is nice, but the gym is quite small and doesn't have a lot of equipment. Location a bit far from the attractions.

One of the best hotels in Melaka

The Pines has a great room facilities, including a spacious bathroom with bath tub and a view from the height to the city. During our stay, one of the lift is under repair so we have to change to the other lift. What is great is The Pines has its own jeti (boat halte) so we can be dropped off directly to The Pines after having our night river cruise with Faiz. We stayed 1 night at The Pines, and it was great.

Beautiful room, neat and comfortable. a large and beautiful swimming pool. Plenty of car parking and special for hotel guests. Only the menu for breakfast this time is not as lively as usual and there are not many options
